Maybe Satan created fossils so that he would have all the scientists in Hell with him to help with his battle plans for judgement day.
Granted there would be a few scientists on God's side, but he dosen't need them, cause he knows EVERYTHING. Even what you do in your room when no one is looking.
But if you use the -kde -qt flag it will only compile KDE support if it is absolutely necessary?
Nice choice using rat poison, I hate to have to move my hand from the keyboard.
Personally I think that what computers should really have is two mouse cursors one for each hand, with each mouse having half a keyboard on it, that way you wouldn't have to move your hand from the keyboard, and you could to two things at once! Which would come in very handy when you are use something like gimp, you could be drawing with one hand and the other could select different color from the palette at the same time.
I can sum it up quickly:
While KDE has much better applications, and has a nice Kontrol Panel, QT is bloated and slow.
Gnome's applications are underdeveloped and lack the features that KDE's applications have, GTK2 is quite fast.
Personally I use Gentoo and set my use flags to comple GTK2 support and remove QT support, and for user interface I use fluxbox and aterm. This is quite fast and works well for me. I assume that Linus is refering to newbee's to and kind of _nix.
I personally will not be using KDE, I don't care what Linus says, who made him Jesus?
I am sure that Jesus would use a command prompt.
Hello? 10 Commandments??
First off I don't understand why anyone would miss any channel owned by Viacom, the huge liberal monopoly that is corrupting our youth. (Woops did I just say that? I will probably end up flamebait.)
Secondly, Dish Network is fighting for lower prices from this monopoly that is called Viacom. I personally wish I could order my cable service sans Viacom and ESPN, which are the most expensive channels on cable.
I would be happy with just AOL and Fox networks, I could care less about ABC/Disney as well. It looks like Viacom will be buying ABC/Disney soon.
The way that AI is headed, I think that there may be robots that will be able to to menial work, e.g. cook, clean, build, etc. I don't think that AI will become an actual intelligence for some time.
An artifical intelligence is able to invent new things is something that may take much longer.
Although, I think that some researchers have realize what it is that made humans want to leard; Physical and Emotional needs. For all we know one of these needs driven robots could develop a more advanced intelligence than humans.
I have the first game, and I really enjoyed it, I just wish it was longer, and that the final boss wasn't so impossable (I finally did beat it).
It is also the second game that I know of that uses the L3 And R3 buttons. For those of you who don't know L3 and R3 are when you press in the analog stick on a Dual Shock controller. I bet you didn't even know those buttons existed huh?
The only other game that used it was Metal Gear Solid 2. You could press in the stick to zoom in on the characters faces while on the codec screen.
Yes, you are right, it is not a linux version, it won't run on PS2 and Zaurus! Let's not forget all the other linux devices! Down with Never Winter Nights! Only support TRUE linux developers!
Now that I got that sarcasm out of my system, may I suggest that anyone who wants to see more Linux games buy NWN, even if you won't play it. I am not into that game, but I feel that I should support it, so I am buying the Linux version.
If it does well enough, it might convince other developers to make linux versions of their games.
Then through hope and the grace of God we might be free of the Microsoft beast!
That is great and all, but I would hate to be driving behind one of those cars when it applys the brakes like that. I think it would increase the risk of being read-ended by a car that does not have that system.
Will it hit the gas if it thinks it will get rear-ended? I think that a crash detection system needs to be more complex then this.
I can see all the evil injury lawyers in NY State (where I live) suing over this!

That is a very good opinion, I really think that a new gui/api would have to be created to handle multiple cursors.
Really it should go beyond a cursor for each hand, it should extent to all possible human input posibilities
each of these should be able to be done concurrently.

I think that the Atari 2600 was the best for Missile Defense.
I think you are confused, I was saying that Apple was ripping off enlightenment. We are both saying the same thing. hee hee
E17 didn't copy OSX, it has been around for much much longer.
Your main problem is that you are using gnome terminal, use aterm, very fast.
Software ETC, Babbages and GameStop are all the same company, just under with a different name all owned by Barnes & Noble.

What are you talking about, the NES was first market tested in the US in New York City in 1986, and nationwide in 87.
Logitech makes a Wavebird like controller.
Any other games that use L3 & R3?
I not big into sports games, and I already have Socom for my PC.
I have the first game, and I really enjoyed it, I just wish it was longer, and that the final boss wasn't so impossable (I finally did beat it).

I am looking forward to the US release of this game, and well as the G1 Transformers Game for the PS2.
Yup, that's it, here it is if anyone has signatures disabled.

Or am I just crazy?
Side note: Never buy Microsoft Windows 666.
Thanks, now I can go to your freaks list and add them all as my friend! Thanks for collecting those!
I am confused, I thought that IBM liked Linux? I think people in IBM are not communicating.
