Why are all of us even having this conversation? This is how each of these new DRM things go:
1) Corps make and sell new DRM technology to Media Companies
2) New product is released
3) New product is cracked
4) First-gen cracking software authors are pounced upon
5) Open source solution is released
6) Media companies and Corps surrender and start work on next DRM technology.
Sony's got a habit of boasting about their products before releasing them at lower specs... I doubt that the PS3's processor will be 65nm considering that the major chipmaking companies are having a hell of a hard time with 90nm anyway and there really isn't a need for the chip to be 65nm right now anyway...
Maybe because its not for general consumption by n00bs like you who obviously don't understand that a beta is designed to help the developer remove any bugs and further improve the game with the help of experienced users. Most cybercafe owners are very good at troubleshooting and have a system of backups that allows them to revert to a pervious state in case the beta screwes up their system. If you want a wide distributed version, wait for a demo, or the release. Betas are not the same as demos!
Haha, good disclaimer! I am using dillo on PS2 Linux running kernel 2.2.21 to read this right now...its not the best system by all means, but it is pretty cool with all the exploits and stuff you can run...
Unlikely, since they arn't really in the same genre. Garageband is more of a loop based software while this is a true mixer, garageband doesn't even accept CD audio natively and really isn't designed for this stuff...
Change everything!!!!!!!!! Gameplay, graphics, controls, the works! I want it to be a sexy grand theft auto + metal gear solid combo! Get Lara some new clothes (or lack thereof)...
Ever since I told my friend about how I used to play TetriNet a few years ago, he has been playing it day and night! He's literally addicted and has gotten several others addicted as well...he's an odd one anyway, he won't play any good FPS because they "give him headaches"...
Windows/Office is already $40 in most of the US, becuase that's the average price of a broadband connection!
P.S. I don't condone piracy!

I bet that if Apple doesn't sell these, they will label them Limited Editions or something, jack up the price $200 and get people who bought the Virginia Tech G5s to buy these as well...
Remember, the GBA goes places. Before now there was no way to play Zelda 1 in your car. Actually if you have a GP32, you can play pretty much any NES game in your car, plane etc.
They will just install metal detectors in movie theaters...it would be like going to the airport, except instead of box cutters not allowed, it will be camcorders not allowed...

He's like those N-Gage marketers who randomly went onto obscure forums posting about how great it was...
Moore should be making a movie on people like this Infinium Guy instead of going after Republicans/conservatives...
You'll probably be able to bid on actual prototypes as well (as soon as the company goes under which I have no doubt it will)....
Not dotted, but drudged....

The new codecs supported by the newest build of mplayer play real files just fine. WMA is the big challenge now...
if this gets included and enabled as default with future versions of Firefox/Mozilla.
I thought at first that WB had acquired Monolithsoft!

As if Real's software doesn't behave inconsistantly already....the damage was done long ago...they probably figure they've got nothing to lose!
