people are not throwing away there desktops anymore why do you think sales are down. its a mix of a shitty economy mixed with the fact other then hi end games the old hardware still does the job does it still play you tube netflicks hulu etc yeo. does it still get email and social site and chat yep. fact is a goo single core box still does the job so why have the expense of replacing it when many simply cant afford it.
now on the other side of thing's Microsoft has caved twice now on extending support but lets face it all things do come to a end there now 3 operating systems ahead supporting a 13 year old os. no Microsoft os has had that long of a run.
yep my personal tv never gets turned on other then when im playing on a console. if my old man didn't watch the main tv all the time i would have cut the cable cord a long time ago. he does enjoy Netflix but hes not quite to the point of using the internet full time to watch all his shows.

wrong starting battery's are crap for off-grid. the amp hrs are low and the plates thin they will quickly die under such usage..deep cycle battery's are different and widly used in off grid.

wile xmmp is ending killing off 3rd party apps for voice incoming support for hangouts on pc has been on chrome for some time and recently for ios. android should be done by the time xmmp ends.
bs any factory installed pc its either a hot key at the bios or a app all the way back to xp. windows 8 bury's these settings witch was annoying as hell being the thing was loaded with mailware locking up and being otherwise unstable. 8.1 did unhide these setting a bit with the shift key and power down button but this box was not updated. the os is garbage and if your hear even attempting to argue it you don't run it or just really fail at computers.
the windows 8 ui is incompetence. i got that box cleaned up and running fine again but it seems if i bitch about the ui i somehow fail at fixing the machine.
