Dude, step away from the bong.
#1, Wal-Mart may turn a profit but they use loss-leaders to drive small retailers out of business because they have deeper pockets.
#2, The way Netgear runs their business has nothing to do with gamesmanship and everything to do with incompetence or shortsightedness.
#3, Every rebate I've gotten at Fry's has had nothing to do with Fry's and everything to do with the manufacturer. And I'd be willing to bet that yours is the same, maybe if your eyes weren't so blurry from the pot and you actually read the paperwork you'd see that it's a manufacturer's rebate.
...become the new meme? It makes it sound like these are time traveling devices rather than the media delay devices that they are. Can I record a show before it happens?
You're funny. Just because you put turnkey solutions in place in large enterprises doesn't mean they're being used for "enterprise stuff". Don't be so absurd. They're being used as toys.
Have you heard of GE? We don't buy pathetic turnkey solutions that have to be rebooted nightly. If a vendor suggested that we'd laugh them out of the conf room.
And wtf is "Crystler"? Do you mean www.chrysler.com?
...one of the most pathetic security exploites I've seen. I used to always lock up my Turner 5 Spot with a Kryptonite. And leave it inattended in campsites for a whole day that way.
...but it is completely not true for a project like OpenBSD. One of the last, true free and open projects.

No kidding, I think it's hideous. The only mice I've liked looking at are the current Apple models. If they were two-button, scroll wheel mice I'd still be using mine. Instead I have it mounted in a lightbox and hung on the wall.
One thing you may want to research is hawthorn berry. I haven't been able to eliminate funky heartbeats when I'm way too tired and overworked but the hawthorn has helped immensely when I'm moderately tired. And I'm very skeptical of supplements and herbal remedies. Obviously YMMV.
You miss my point. I'm not talking about broadband, I'm talking about computer ownership and Internet access itself.
And just talking about broadband my parents are in a rural area of SoCal between Orange County and Riverside County, far from being remote, and they have no cable, DSL, cell, or wireless coverage. Their only broadband opportunity is satellite which they're not going to do.
Give me a break. How do you know it was his variant? If it was why did it take you EUR6000 to fix it? Why aren't you patching your systems? If you're responsible for your systems you should be ashamed of yourself. If someone else is, they should be fired.
You know how much we lost due to these variations? 0.

That's not quite true. Many rural folks still don't have internet access and their local WalMart has put all the mom and pops out of business.
I'll amend that to "If there is life out there, it could take a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time to find it. I'm making my assumptions based on probability, the universe is large enough that it's probable the same circumstances exist elsewhere.
We've been looking how long? How old is the universe? How big is the universe? There is life out there, it could take a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time to find it, though.
Not true, more people in the working class have the skills to support themselves with a trade in a barter society than the ruling class does. If the ruling class is deposed they usually end up surviving on savings or the good nature of their followers.

I seriously doubt it.
Spoken by someone who obviously hasn't adminned any enterprise UNIX servers.

Cheers to you in finding that out. You sure it's not coincidental to something else having changed in your life?
No, 802.11b and 802.11g. And 802.11b is FAR from dead. 802.11g FOSS support is pathetic.
Yep, SP2 broke our Neoteris VPN.
There is an element of size==tyrrany. They are pretty much the only auction site that matters and their fees reflect that.

Yes, NCAs are yet another example of the rampant onerous corporatism controlling our careers and lives.
The CD analogy isn't that good. The universe could be infinite, or big enough, in size allowing for anything to happen multiple times.
