    Be that property intellectual or physical. Spectra is akin to land, it is the birthright of each human being to tread each without hurt nor hindrance from any other being. Arriving there first is a chronology thing, staking a claim is a greed thing, allowing people to use it for the benefit of mankind is a philanthropic thing. Fascists would rather regulate the thing to control the masses that they fear will, one day regain their rightful liberty.

    I really don't see what your problem with understanding this issue. You have even highlighted the main parts of your confusion with caps. IT IS A LOCAL ISSUE. If it is an issue at all. An incompetent SA may have a Dave and a dave, and a DAVE for that matter but it will be him that will have sort the mail that goes though any software other than his own that doesn't differentiate. Does anyone have to deal with the real world around here?

    You're right of course, most companies pay dividends, but Microsoft has refrained from this practice because in their view the unfathomable growth in their stock value is reward enough. However the issue of a one off payment must mean they're crapping themselves that everyone will be wanting to dump Microsoft stock prior to December.

    More to the point why should the EU care until it is released? As more and more Companies and Home users adopt the more versatile and secure operating systems currently available the impact of an intoduction of another expensive but superfluous upgrade will be less and less newsworthy as time progresses. In two years time it will be akin to the production of monchrome TV equipment, who cares? The European Courts certainly won't? Really people, Microsoft software isn't this important, not in Europe anyway.

    I've had more than one IT Manager specify to me that their email address is 'lower case', so I stand by my original post.

    If the mail is from an intelligent human being they will generally conclude from the returned mail that they have erred, and readdress it accordingly. In the event of any other outcome you are probably better off not receiving the mail.
