For $77 Mil you can get a much nicer place with a much better location. Sure it is a pretty sweet place. Torture rooms and all that fun history, but in terms of size and functionality it isn't really a great deal. The "master bedroom" is about the same size as a normal master bedroom. The plumbing situation is NOT good. Another reason not to purchase it as a main/vacation home is that the locals play off the tourism thing a LOT. Those gypsy women can be nasty if you take away from of their income.
If you do visit, go in the fall as the foliage is absolutely wonderful. There is another castle somewhat close by that is worth visiting. One of the most expensive castles ever built (adjusting for inflation) I believe it was built in the late 19th century. Probably Peles Castle on this list http://www.romaniatourism.com/castles.html. I don't remember that castle as much since it was 9 years since my visit to Romania.
Ok let me first say: I admit that I don't regulary use complex mathmatics in my day to day activities, BUT...
The article clearly says that the logo covers 87,500 square feet and that it only took 65,000 one foot by one foot titles. Last time I check, 87,500 square feet != 65,000 square feet.
Of course, maybe they are using new math. Or maybe it is a government coverup. Some of the logo was confiscated, probed with alien technology, and then returned larger than it started out....
With such large problems like security (who knew?) I am sure they will have no problem releasing on time. Of course in the eyes of Microsoft, whenever they officially release is considered "On Time" to them.
I would define knowing everything in the universe to include all past, present and future knowledge. And seeing as how the weather man can't even predict if we will have rain or sun most days, I would say we have a long way to go.
Back to the topic... it would probably take more space than we can imagine to contain all that information. If space has no bounds, then the sum of all the knowledge about our universe would also have no bounds. Even with great compression, the amount of space required to store an infinite amount of information would also be infinite.
I do a lot of side work helping people with computer both in a home and office arena....
You and your wife spent some time preparing and getting some type of defense up AND maintaining it. The great majority of people I deal with think that they can install Windows update once and they will be good. Or my favorite, "I have XP (windows) so I don't know what could have gone wrong." People click where they shouldn't click, go where they shouldn't go and do things without thinking.
The only good analogy to help people understand the importance of security updates is vaccines for children. They may have to go back periodically to the Doctor to make sure all their shots are up to date. And if you think of the web as a disease ridden place, then it would make sense to wear some type of protection when you muck through it.
You hit the nail on the head here. Three things are needed for a mostly safe computer experience:
1: Some basic user education (could be the hardest one)
2: Tools like Firefox, AdAware, Windows update, Firewall. Get em, use em.
3: UPDATES!!! what good is a vaccine if it is out of date? Get regular updates for Windows, Firefox, and other tools.
Most people are clueless when it comes to all three.
Sometimes I open up my wireless network when friends and family come over. They don't always want the bother of connecting and password... blah blah blah. Its easier on me and them, plus I have really good log system on router. With crap like this, makes me double worried about opening it up even once in a while. I usually shut it down almost immediately after they(friend/family) leave, but sometimes I forget. Oh, and for those out there that say XP or whatever will remember the passphrase, sure untill I change it every 90 days. I don't open up the network very often, but things are very limited access wise and I have a very good log system....
Since college, I have gained some weight to the point where I was not happy with myself. Not massive, but to the point where it limited some of the things I did and for how long before being completely winded or tired. My wife and I (she really exists) bought a fancy smancy scale to tell help us keep track of progress and we started a journey together. She works with Weight Watches and I have been keeping track of my progress at https://www.presidentschallenge.org/login/index.as px I know how much everyone likes Pres Bush and all, but this site is handy for keeping track of progress.
Anyways, for me it was just making time to get out and exercise. Walk your freaking dog people!! Don't have a dog; go on a walk with your girlfriend/wife. Don't have a significant other; then go out by yourself. Just exercise. Takes about 30 mins 5 times a week. Don't have to get super fit or anything, just start working on it. For me, I have been doing my exercise about 4 weeks now and have lost about 10 pounds, but the important part is that I sleep better, am more productive at work, have more energy in general and love life more. Take the challenge. Exercise consistently for a month and see if you can tell a difference in weight and energy levels in your life. If you are happy with it, then continue. If not, then see your doctor and work out a plan. We are not doomed to a life of unhealthy habits and choices.
Holy Jeez this is bad. I feel like I should be worried about Breast Cancer or get a pink ribbon or share my feelings.. On second thought, I only welcome our new feminine overlords if they are very hot and we agree on a better, err.. more asthetically pleasing color scheme.
I have always wanted to start an American based electronics company to compete in the market. I am still short on funds, business plans, goals, industry connections and many other critical resources...
One thing I am not missing is the name and slogan:
"CrapTec - Just as crappy as the other guys, but for about 15% less in price."
Umm, have you ever BEEN to the airport. The words, "Hot Female" and "Security Guard" NEVER EVER go together at the airport. Nice fantasy, but not likely.
Not to pick fun at spelling mistakes, because I KNOW that I do it also... But when I read your post and saw "portolio" I thought it was a new line of processors that I had missed.
We use the Verizon cards/service where I work and are generally pleased with them. Like other posters have said, it depends on where you are. If you can get good verizon coverage, then it may be a good candidate to look into. At least with Verizon, there are only a select few cities that have coverage around them for high speed connections. Even on the low speed connection I usually get anywhere from 20-100KB/sec depending on how many bars of service. We use it for our *important* people who travel often. Most places they visit have high speed coverage and almost everywhere else they go, they are able to connect at the lower speed. We mainly use the cards/service for a VPN connection back to work - usually without a problem high or low speed connection. It will connect and respond, sometimes you have to be patient with large files or data requests. I have tested (hey, who doesn't want one of these just to mess around with for free!) gaming on it and seems to do better with high speed connections. Low will work, but expect to have some latency jumps as the technology relies heavily on the compression software included.
Cheers and good luck. Have you looked at moving closer to the "Big City" ?? Might be a better option....
The best way to blow around the firewall for content depends on what you are looking for. If it is data on a site that is blocked then search for the site and bring up the google cache of the site. Then when you click on a link on that page and comes up blocked, pop that web address back into google and open the google cache of that link address. Kind of cumbersome, but it gets around. For pictures, just go to googles image search and search there. While you won't get the full sized original, you will get thumbnail sized pics... Don't get in trouble through because usually someone will eventually hit the logs for content and see what you are looking at.
We do random scans at work and any given time about 5-10% of active machines on the network have the solitare service running.:-) Not going to divulge which branch, but probably all are about the same.
You can contact Dan Bohan, Chief Operating Office. His phone number is 703-359-8866. www.owt.net/tabs/aboutus/staff/dan_bohan_bio.html Couldn't find an email for them.
Ok, no one is doubting the the view is great. But the commute definately sucks! This is a really cool idea, but for right now it is out of the reach of most people. Quoting everyone else, "Maybe by the end of my lifetime..."

Any other thoughts?

Except replace "kind of" with "repeatedly" and "dog" with "son" - Good old Judge Snyder...

Don't forget to sue the movie also - Robin Hood: Men in Tights. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0107977/
Parent >> Funniest comment. Ever. Seriously, the most accurate comment so far about the subject. :)

Mike
I hate when those police organizations call and say stuff like, "We think that losing even ONE child is too many. Don't you agree?"
I usually try to say completely calm and cold, "No actually one is ok. Most people have more than one kid as a backup anyways."
Very hard to do actually, you should try it sometime.
*Of course I value human life, especially children. It just gets me how these people try and prey on your emotions to get $10*
Cheers and good luck. Have you looked at moving closer to the "Big City" ?? Might be a better option....

There is no blanket answer. The most important thing is to make sure the person has good character and decision making skills.

Must have been a glitch or something, but I zoomed in so close that I could see myself through the window looking at the map.
