    Perl is not an acronym; There is no such thing as "PERL."


    I dont write Perl all in caps either but TMTOWTDI and I have seen people who are more experienced and wiser than I am in Perl matters and if they write it like an acronym and say it stands for "Pathalogically Eclectic Rubbish Lister" or whatever then I will at least not chide people for it.

    What about email and web? Surfing the web would be easy with a touch sensitive screen.

    The can make a success of a copied idea though, in the same way britney can get away with doing terrible cover versions, brand recognition.

    p.s blinkx seems shit, it cant search the contents of files and has a bizarre user interface. I looked for a search prog because MS's search function ignores many of my files.

    Populous II On the amiga (no doubt others too but thats what I played) had an animated minimap at the end that showed the game progress.

    What is fraud?

    Isnt having a vote on banning gay marriage as the same time as voting for president fraud. Its a great way to get all the christian fundamentalists out and then when they do what a surprise they vote for their mullah bush.

    It is ironic that the US worries when other countries choose their leaders on religious issues but Bush is actually courting that.

    Also worth noting that the redneck states voted for bush because they think he is strong on terrorists yet they are the least likely to suffere a terrorist attack. NY voted overwhelmingly for kerry yet were subjected to the only serious terrorist attack the US has had.

    Its down to religion and being dumb.
