Significant wallet power means not buying their tripe, and making sure they know it.
Significant wallet power also went to Apple's new site to download buck a piece songs. Apple has already sold millions of them.
The market has spoken and RIAA/MPAA -STILL- hasn't listened to it.

I don't know why some frelling yotz modded you as flamebait, but I agree with you wholeheartedly. I, even though I'm relatively out of shape, will bicycle against anyone who thinks their segway, or "IT" can beat me on either speed or endurance.
There ought to be a law making it legal to take these punks out.

DRAM Price Fixing

What concerns me is the price fixing going in with gasoline. All the gas stations in my area always jack up the prices on the same day, and they're always the same price. There's no way that's not collusion! I only buy RAM once a year or so, but I have to buy gas once a week. I buy way more gas than RAM, so RAM price fixing doesn't concern me as much.
You and me both! I have several SCO tee shirts from when they used to not be a$$holes. I have to say that I don't like Darl McBride one bit. He sure as hell is not an Open Source type of person. SCO needs to drop Linux NOW so that at least they can stop being hypocrites.
With this announcement, it has been unequivocally proven that RIAA missed the boat big time.
This is what happens when an industry fails to innovate. They can play the blame game all they want, they lost because they didn't keep up with what consumers wanted.
Me thinks this guy is referring to himself the whole time...
Dude, if you're so repulsed at "his" behavior, and if this "roommate" is such a moral slime, then don't be surprised that when "he" gets arrested, you'll be the one to take the heat for it..
Agreed, mostly. What we really need instead of jail time is creative punishment. Jail just makes people more anti-social and underhanded. It doesn't rehabilitate.
So, if a kid hacks, make him sit and format diskettes for a week solid, no breaks...better yet, put him on AOL's tech support desk for a month solid.
"It isn't bob's fault his computer is insecure, it's joe's fault for hacking it."
It's the manufacturer's fault for enabling everything before shipping, and it's joe's fault for hacking it. However, joe didn't need to work that hard to hack it in the first place.
It's much easier to hack the computer than to steal a car or get into a building.
It's way too slow. It's nothing more than a sales tool, obviously. I'd rather spend extra time shopping wise and paying less in the long run instead of getting a good deal on one lousy piece.

No wonder you posted as an AC.
They're all 1.54.9 here. All the stations around here always change on the same day to the same price.
Price fixing if you ask me.

Never heard of the guy! Is he all that big?
There's this thing called "shielding" that these cardboard cases seem to be missing.
..then go elsewhere and quit reading it.
... that would cause me to just cancel cable altogether and go DSL, no matter how badly DSL sucks.
They're shooting themselves in the foot!
I am not going to call it a "Freedom tickler."
F*** all these racist bigots.

Apple did and is going to win this round.
Really? I think the new color scheme is excellent! I was thinking of ripping it off myself!
I'll feed the troll...
a nother cracked sim card is within my grasp.
In YOUR grasp or your roommate's grasp?

That would have won that guy a lawsuit had it been me that was the toy cop's victim.

Each piece of mail was paid for. So, they deliver it! Why is this even a question?
Make up a separate branch of the government that has its own laws and does not follow the Constitution.
That's already in place. It's called the Bush Administration.

In 'murka, yain't gotta have no license to receive any kinda signal!
