i somehow dont think the dvd-cdj thingy is intended for turntable battles;)
although itd be funny for style points to not only perform a perfect juggle, but do it so the video flows as well:P

So why not place something like this in the bits of your field of vision obscured by the helmet? instead of having to tilt your head down to read the speedo, you just glance down at the helmet overlay which is beside your right nostril.
now, the cool bit would be to get it to only come on when you glance down so it doesnt distract you.
yah thats the one. i was trying to provide an example to the guy who was thinking about one time passwords thats its allready done, and works rather well:)
i have with me a little RSA key thingy, which switches codes every 60 seconds. this code makes up part of a password that i need to authenticate myself to the work firewall.
its one time, its constantly changing, and it uses a combination of a static password (my part) and a dynamic password (the rsa key).
so even if i get keylogged, its unlikelly that someone's going to be able to gain access unless they recact within a very small timeframe.
unless of course they steal the rsa key AND get my password.
one problem though, my boss asks me to do stuff all the time, half the time i dont know why, but i do it anyway, which means that technically i share the same amount of self awareness as a computer.
so effectively, we should tax the poor and middle classes more, because they after all, are not able to contribute as much to society as those who are rich? over here, its the governments who build things like staidums and roads. its the taxes i pay that go towards building something which is befenficial to society.
if someone wishes to build a build a building in which he or she will rent out office space to further load their coffers, they should foot the bill, as this is hardly a gift "to society". there is no selflessness in building something with will make its owner money.
we should be taxing the rich more, and tax the poor less. the rich can at least afford to contribute to society far more than the poor. and by contribute to society im talking about paying taxes to governments who will use that money for what they are suppose to use it for, providing services and facilities to those they govern.
so exactly how are they going to work out who's running what? and how do they plan on taking the hundreds of millions of people in all four coners of the globe to court, in america..
thats going to be expensive.. and do they have enough cash to fund 10 million lawyers?
hey drinkypoo, can i borrow your toaster? why, well i need one more cell processor to play Gran Tourismo 6 with 10 cars on screen:)
seriously, how crazy is that? to run this game, you need 8 cell processors . well my ps4 has 4 of them, my toilet has one, my tv has one, my video player has one.. see. i need that toaster for the last one, or i could just get the kid from over the road to stand in the room with his discman, maybe i could get one embedded in the cat.. just if it would sit still long enough to find the next save point in FFXX
the issue here is who has to prove what. if SCO takes IBM to court, its SCO's duty to prove IBM infringed, if IBM takes SCO to court, its IBM's duty to prove they didnt.
IBM is waiting for SCO to move legally, SCO is trying desperatly to stall for as long as possible
umm, the packets have to go somewhere dont they? like through my firewall.. which means we can get a pretty damn good look at what it does how it does (assuming it isnt vapour).
so how long do they really think they can operate before someone provides a 3rd party server? what was that? the sound of a business model rapidly evaporating? its like providing a deadlock, and paying for a guy to stand there beside your door with a fist full of silly putty asking you for a key impression.
the whole blackmail smells a bit like FUD to me, why would you put what you stand for in disrepute to get what you want? im not buying it...
would M$ do something like this? fake an enemy with which to test the DMCA and perhaps spin more anti linux FUD? why arent the FBI involved?
who are these guys? and are we sure that they arent being funded by someone with the express purpose of hurting the movement(sic) from the inside?
a quote from one of the films is "humans define thier existance through misery and suffering". what better way to occupy the 1% who dont accept their programming than to give them something to fight for.
it doesnt have to work physically, it serves a different purpose:)

russia really looks like its been "saved" doesnt it. democracy, nor captitalism, are the be all and end all of social structure.
and thats before we start on the claim of "liberating" countries from communism..
