Ironically the best way to take care of this is to copy the movie and edit out the chapters that have the antipiracy warnings that take 30 minutes to get through. DVDShrink is a good tool for this, and it's free (windows only).

Actually from what I remember Cairo was advertised more as a grouping of technologies than an operating system. Most the features eventually made their way into various Microsoft operating systems.
I was actually really hoping for a version of Katamari Damacy using the revolution controller. Watching my nieces play this game, while they flail the controller all over the air, made me think it would be an absolute perfect fit for the revolution.

OS/2 could only run Windows 16-bit apps, not 32, making it pretty useless for new apps after Windows 95 came out.
