Too bad it comes after Christmas. Now I can't milk the parents and siblings for one. ;D

Otherwise, this is a great announcement. I'm certain that I will purchase one when I get enough cash. Makes more sense too, I barely have 200 songs...

The SARS publicity has been a good thing for the Toronto consumers though. Due to a lack of tourism and people spending money, a lot of stores have dropped the prices of their products. Since I live in Toronto, this is great. But I must say, the WHO putting us on the hot list really messed up our economy. We are already a city out of money, and this didn't help much.

I live in Toronto, and my sister is a health care worker and lives with me. Amazingly, I have not come down with SARS. Many people I have talked to that are from other regions of the world, mainly America, believe that SARS is widespread in Toronto. Like chicken pox or something. Really makes you think how stupid some people can be.

I have yet to go to Wonderland; I should go before I leave for Greece. :D

Yeah, it was funny. It really added to the film. At least there was more funny parts of the film then the other 2 films. Arnold really has a funny side in T3 beyond, "I'll be back."

It wasn't the look of the robots that looked bad. I must say the robots looked amazing. But just the way they acted during this one scene. The movement seemed to played and based on robots moving like boxes. At least this is the way I saw it.

I'm not saying this movie was bad, it was great on the action side. But like most thing, it has flaws.

I must say, some parts with the robots looked a tad too unrealistic. It just looked to fake. But then again, that was only one scene.

It is a good movie to see if you want a little action in your life or love Arnold.

IE was the biggest piece of junk I have ever used. I haven't been able to use it for 6 months, and generally when something like that happens, I try and fix it. But then I realized IE just plain sucks, so I put it away and haven't touched it since. If they had put some time and effort into it, it may have been better. But they haven't even bothered updating it.

On the topic of MSN, the current version is laggy. With multiple users, its' performance was stagnant, barely usable. Although it was fixed up a bit, it still needs a lot of work. There will always be another outlet, like Mac Messenger.

And if not, go open source. ;)

Oh well, I still have Safari and Camino. The only gripe I have with Safari is that BBEdit won't recognize it. ;)

I've played all three Escape Velocity games. And I've spent hundreds of hours beating them. They are just fun and I think PC users will really enjoy EVN when it comes out for x86. The ability to do what you want and when you want is great. The only thing this game lacks is multi player ability and a complete 3d environment. But it doesn't matter, since the story line and gameplay is amazing.

This game is worthy of a download.

They are basically giving you a 30 day period to test the game. The games will not be complete until you register the game. After 30 days, you are expected to register if you like the game or utility.

Originally, the games were open and you could complete them without registering. But as of late, Ambrosia has restricted how far you can go. You get a good taste of the game and it usually makes you want to play more. It is a great method that has worked for them. And hopefully PC users will appreciate it when EV Nova Windows is released.

Oh, and I have plenty of experience with Ambrosia. I moderate a forum of theirs. Great place to be for mac users. And soon PC users.

I know what you mean. A friend of mine works at Best Buy. According to him, the make barely anything of worth from selling a console. The whole profit in the industry is from selling accessories and games. That is why salesmen are so pushy when trying to sell you that game or controller.

Yeah, you are right about having an extra year of game-play. And my argument is flawed when you look at it like that. But for some reason, I just don't like spending that type of cash on something when I know its price will go down. Oh well... my loss. ;)

It's great to hear that the Playstation will be updated. But honestly, who wants to dish out another $500? I'm still debating whether or not to buy a PS2.

But knowing how the game world works. Most people will run out and buy one the very same day it is released. This is madness. They are just doing what Sony wants them to do. Purchasing the console at an inflated price for maximum profit. If you go buy a PS2 right now for $300(Canadian), the store's profit is about $5. Compared to the $200+ when it is first released.

In all reality, I'll probably buy one. But not until the price drops.

Great thing about being a 16-year-old kid is that I don't really care much for the security of my house. My parents can worry about that. On the other hand, the computer is more important to me and thus gets more of my attention. So yes, ensuring my computer will run the next morning is important to me. Since I have more invested in it then anything else. I'm not going to compromise my computer by buying cheap products. I prefer to keep the things I have money invested in running. Mind you, this means I have to spend extra cash for more expensive components. But it is all worth it in the end.

Very true. I'll never buy generic RAM simply because it is more likely to malfunction. I've seen this happen to many of my friends. I'll stick with my Kingston RAM. The extra price is worth the warranty and the ability to sleep knowing my RAM won't mess my computer.
