Year 5 comes along and another widget has been invented, which when put with widget alpha gives us 80% more efficiency on {petrol|fuel|....}. so Ent A can revalue his IP up to say $1M (or what ever he is being offered at the time). The re evaluation goes through at the time of the first transaction (or maybe gets back dated ???). He can afford to pay tax's because he is being paid for his IP
Has any one check the RIAA if their ip addresses having been downloading copyrighted material, like copies of Window's, I sure there are some logs out there that point to them doing just that.
They want to block their soon to be competitors. when they start providing their own content. Start on the easy stuff, like voip. kill off all the others by blocking their traffic under "this might be illegal traffic" and then provide their own system, which is guaranteed to work on their network....
I suppose one downside to allow people to pay for mail, will it legitimize spam. They can say, they are paying for it, why can't they send it, just like snail mail spam.........

I think this is a great idea. It simple and fits in with what we have, also it would be self sufficient.
Would love to see the music industry pay taxes on their $1000 / song catalogue.
