I will agree with that when the prisons only contain murderers and rapists. Unfortunately, with the current 'get tough on crime' and 'the war on drugs' mentality, most folks in prison are there for non violent drug crimes.

This is/. Not an essay contest or a competition to see who is the smartest. Sometimes the brain is moving much faster than the fingers can type and the words just flow. Some people just dont *care* as much about proper spelling and grammar as you do and it demeans their point to treat it like a sixth grade English assignment. And some otherwise very smart people are terrible spellers and writers. It doesn't make their point any less valid.

We forget that the reason the founding fathers included it in the Bill of Rights was not to defend your right to shoot a turkey for dinner. It was to protect your right and responsibility to rise up against our government in rebellion when it is necessary. The founding fathers firmly believed that a revolution would be necessary every few generations to keep the government honest. I believe they would feel we are long overdue.

How does porn harm kids? It gives them an twisted view of sex. Porn generally is male dominated, female exploited, demeaning trash that has nothing to do with real adult love-making. I'm not a prude. Porn has it's place in the sexy world of adult play. But there is no doubt that hardcore sex sites are no place for children. And jerks who would lure them there deserve to go to jail. Period.

This guy is a predator. I have a young daughter that uses the net. I keep an eye on what she is doing, but there is no protecting kids from this type of creep who would exploit childrens' typos. Serious jail time sounds fine to me and I hope he and looses any money he made from this.
