Me I go about every 5 years between new machines mainly because i buy laptops and something goes and after 5 years it is better to buy new.

So he can read a simple document without noticeable delay if you give him a list of part numbers and quantities he struggles massively with it even if it is relatively straight forward.

Now being a coworker I also find him an arrogant and prideful asshole. So I refuse to mention my findings as he will merely go off on me in a verbally abusive manner. (I am leaving the company because of him and the fact he is a VP's friend)

Which is how it was done the first time around.

The people generally don't need the federal government. it is symbolic but isn't necessary. The police, fire , even national guard are all funded from STATE coffers. As long as every state government doesn't collapse too it wouldn't take more than a year to completely rebuild the federal government.

Google released ICS how long ago, most companies will start converting to it next YEAR.

That is what is frustrating the lead developers(HTC, etc) are 6-9 months behind google's release and compatible hardware may never get the updates. Only the really popular lines seem to be getting regular updates. however since Android developers are taking the shotgun approach and shipping 50 medicore products a year and hoping one or two stick it is really hurting the overall marketplace.

instead they should ship 5 maybe 10 devices a year and make them better. It will lower their production costs too as you can buy in bulk.
