Rockets burn most of their fuel during the earlier stages as they have to lift the most weight and get it up to speed too. If you can get them up to mach 5-6 and up a ways the amount of rocket needed is drastically reduced.

To replace with PV solar you need a similar land area devoted to cells.
With Solar salt you get a higher density, so maybe only 20 solar salt plants.
To replace with tidal means you have to destroy your fishing grounds.
Geo thermal might be possible but with the number of earthquakes you will run into problems.
Take a good look at actual power output of the worlds largest turbine, and solar fields and then compare it to a single nuclear reactor. What you will find is that Nuclear aircraft carriers have larger power plants.

the day chrome fixes it's theming colors, and print system I will switch back.
Seriously chrome is the only browser not to support page margins. So it is useless for printing out web forms.
As for theme's when a website requests a new window theme colors default to the original colors.

It used to be laptop keyboards were always cramped. with widescreen displays they keyboards are just that much bigger and it looks better too.
