    i don't think there is a problem with a ruling stating you don't own the game, but it better be worded very very carefully. you own the right to play it, and there needs to be strict as hell limits on just what blizzard can do to restrict HOW you play it.

    on my week off (yes bitches you heard right, i only have to work 1/2 the year) i probably do 12 hours in a couple of lazy afternoons. i thought that made me hardcore until i ran into a group that have rosters and do 12 hour shifts. and they aren't even gold farmers.

    to people who say fuck the police, i always laugh. You know, I know, and THEY know if anything bad happens they will go running to the police to help.

    I don't agree with a ban on filming cops. they are operating in a public place, we have the right to film it. I sympathize with the added stress it must put on them in an already stressful job, however the alternative allows for far worse abuses.

    not sure what you mean about sticking to my guns if i get sick or injured, I meant stay away as in don't work in the medical field? sometimes staying away from doctors can be good for your health though....

    You'd be the exception not the rule if your post is accurate. specialists are really bad for expecting their last minute tests to be done in an impossible time frame.

    this kind of petty crap is exactly why health services around the world suck ass. it starts with doctors who are trained in med school that they are better then everyone else, and treat staff like crap who in turn retaliate with stupid rules of their own. management are usually too busy covering their own arse to take charge and fix the situation.

    I worked in a path lab for 3 years, and i saw everything you could imagine right down to someone threatening staff because they weren't allowed to keep a biopsied body part.

    the medical field is shitty, never get involved in it.

    it doesn't sound like they even tried to rule out other causes for the problems in the hive with the phone, they just assumed phone = death.

    I look forward to the epic fail they are about to experience.

    batteries are not the way to go, give me ultra capacitors. they charge in seconds, don't need cooling and can discharge huge current without melting (that means great acceleration) oh and they weight a fraction of a battery.

    the only down side to them right now is cost and storage.

    what would you have BP do though - try nothing while they drill relief wells?

    on the one hand people like you claim they are trying everything knowing it won't work, and on the other people are claiming BP is trying to save money. the 2 can't exist at the same time.

    I agree with relief wells being in place, however your also overly optimistic that they would stop disasters like this in days. a week maybe if everything worked well.
