No. Army has learned that a test can determine what role is best. Those with low scores are given bullet catcher infantry roles. Those that score best are given roles that are more mentally demanding like nuclear submarine engineer. It's not IQ, but it does say a lot about what kind of mental tasks a soldier can complete.

This. Been a cable cutter since before it was cool. Without the constant bombardment of "omg look new episode look look LOOK!!" you don't care when it comes out. Days, weeks, months, they mean nothing. Same goes for movies. Now I usually wait until the entire season is done before getting episodes, because its just easier to get everything at once then one episode at a time. While I'm waiting for a season to finish I usually find something good on Netflix. Netflix gets me so they get my money. Why pay money to some network that makes one or two good shows when I can pay Netflix and they give me thousands of shows and movies?

Nice "prior art" you have there, of course you're comparing a list of samsung design concepts from 2006 to the actual iPhone released 2007. Journalist had predicted Apple was releasing a phone for years and released artist concept photos, it would take nothing for Samsung to claim those were their design. This is what Samsung smartphones looked like in 2006.

I did the same. When it came time to move it was cheaper to have a trailer hitch installed for $200 and rent the uhaul trailer for $20 a day with unlimited mileage than it was to rent a uhaul moving truck just for a weekend. If I even need to haul anything large I'll just rent a trailer now. It's very rare that I'm out and see a fridge or couch I must buy and take home that instant so there is no need for a truck. I even bought new interior doors recently and those fit fine in the SUV. My father drives a truck but I think it's because he's overweight and feels more comfortable in a truck... in fact that's probably why many Americans buy large trucks, the seating area is much larger than most cars or SUVs
