How can you make a claim like that? Have you extensively studied free speech laws and court cases in each country? Have you been to each country and tested free speech to its limits? What are hate speech laws in New Zealand? Would a group like the KKK be able to have rallies as they can in the US?
The truest test of free speech is whether groups that the majority finds abominable are able to freely speak and operate without interference from the government.
