  1. Does anyone remember if... on AOL Fined for Making it Hard to Cancel Service · · Score: 2, Informative

AOL back in the mid 90's allowed you to cancel your account right online? I definately remember cancelling Prodigy and also CompuServe (before AOL bought it) online... wouldnt take more than 5 minutes to do! Sign on Keyword Cancel Click Cancel Fill out a brief "Why are you cancelling" Confirmation Number Sign Off Cancelled at the end of your billing period! Those were the days!

  2. Re:AOL analysis on AOL Fined for Making it Hard to Cancel Service · · Score: 1

I too was on hold for about 20 minutes... then I was talked into keeping it for another month free... which I said what the hell, but I forgot about it and didnt even use the damn service. So I called to cancel and kept being run around the block until I finally got angry which I dont like to do since I know these reps make shit for money. But enough was enough, told them Im going to contact the BBB if they do not cancel me asap. That did the trick. F-AOL!

  7. Price on Xbox 360 for $300 · · Score: 1

$300 isnt that bad considering I remember paying much more for the original X-Box, PS1, and if you go way back to the Atari 2600, I think my parents back then paid close to $400 for it. The games however being 60+ kinda sucks :(

Exactly, why is anyone surprised or appalled by MTV anymore? It's trashy tv which doesn't have anything to do with music, except maybe MTV2 or Hits.... I'll just skip this like I skipped SpikeTV's game awards show...

  10. External Tank Cam on Shuttle Discovery Lifts Off · · Score: -1, Redundant

Exactly, I feel the family has no rights in his email.... and who knows maybe he deletes everything as well, my yahoo box is always empty and I never save anything I send. Not that I have something to hide, but because of habit from having only 5mb space at the time. Besides affairs, he could have been dabbling in many naughty things, something which would be very devesating to his family. If I want them to know my email business I would certainly leave them my password somewhere, even a text file on the desktop.

I agreed for the most part.... The things that really bothered me about VI were: In Jabba's palace wasnt the new CGI during the "song".... but I actually thought the old jingle was much better, to me it seemed he tried to backstreet boy it up in the new version. Same goes for the ending, I didnt enjoy the new music there, but also didnt care much for the ewok's old melody there either. The addition of the celebration on Coruscant, this is the Empire's capital city... I find it hard to believe there would be celebrations on that scale, sure the Emperor is lost as well as most of the Imperial Navy, but the Empire is huge and im sure had a major presence on the capital homeworld, and thus celebration would have been squashed quickly and brutally.
