Their sub-orbital flight went what 328KM? Sorry can't remember the exact figure. Some one care to look up the elevation of the orbit of ISS? I don't think even Burt Rutan can make that leap on $500 million....but I do have to admit it would be cool to watch him try. Anyways, I say let NASA do its thing. Atleast they are looking at all the options..
Well then I hope you don't live anywhere Yellowstone National Park. I guess the entire park could be a buried volcano, with all the hot springs and guysers it makes sense... I agree...sort of. When a pitcher is on his game he is basically controlling the hits to be grounders/flyballs..etc. Those plays are routine and should be made...even by the local high school team. Also remember a perfect game is no walks, or hits. The pitcher deserves all the credit they get...to maintain that level of control while throwing balls upwards of 100MPH over 100 times in a game is...well I can't think of a better phrase than amazing.
And the word wasn't really invented by Kastner. When he showed the number to his young(7 or 8 yearold) niece/nephew(can't recall), the kid made up the word "googol" off the top of his head. So wouldn't it be that kids right to sue? Even though, how can you justify suing inspiration?
ummm mail.mycompany.com wouldn't necessarily be the name of a subdomain...it, most of the time, would be be the host itself in the mycompany.com domain.
Using a.mail tld could work, but the rules for getting one and making sure records are kept up would have to be strict to say the least. There shouldn't be any confusion on the email address for each domain, they still would be him@hiscompany.com. The only thing that needs to change it the MX record for hiscompany.com which would be host.hiscompany.mail. Think of the.mail TLD more of a ICANN run DNS Blackhole, except the servers there are ones you can accept from, not deny....anything else would get denied. In most of the MTA's(sendmail, exim, and other spam filtering tools) they have the ability to check outside servers(relays.ordb.org for ex) if they are open-relays or not. Its the mail admins choice to use these. I don't think it would be hard to use the.mail the same way and implement a whitelist of people not in the.mail TLD, but that is their choice and would have to be maintained like the whitelists now. Oh well....let the flaming begin....

Well since she is a minor, her legal guardians/parents would be the ones held legally responsible. She still has a few more years before she becomes a legal adult....
