    ...There is a simple reason why you wouldn't want to remove IE from the system: You install windows and want to download firefox from the internet. Now give me one good way that doesn't request user to have 5 years of experience with dos, ftp or similar utility to do that?

    On my flashdrive I have firefox, thunderbird, avg free (im open to suggestions on something better than avg) and Spybot. None of the windows systems Ive installed have ever had IE on them, or ever ran IE.

    I couldnt disagree more. We know the date of the invasion, and thats it. They couldnt have left that series more open. I was hoping for an ending in the last episode, but I didnt get it. Unless theres something I missed. Please tell me theres something I missed.

    I live in Oklahoma to, and never saw wal mart in this. I find wal mart to be a despicable corporation, but lets not blame them for things they arnt responsible for. The reason right to work passed is because the only opposition to it was out of town astroturfers. If there was LITTERLY NO opposition from it in the state of Oklahoma why should it fail? From what I can see it seems to be a good law. Imagine that, Keating passign a good law. Look! A flying pig!

    I work for a cell phone company and deal with this every day. Contracts a little different than extended warranty, but still along the same line. A salesperson told you what? How do I know this? How do I know your telling the truth? You DID READ THE LEGALY BINDING DOCUMENT YOU SIGNED AND AGREED TO DIDNT YOU? Because thats what Im going to hold you to. Not an unconfirmable coversation. And yes, the judge will agree with me in court.

    This women didnt just spill hot coffee on herself, and sue. McDonalds intentional kept it at 185 degrees. Normal home coffee is 135 degrees. McDonalds knew that this would cause injuries.     What in the hell does the dmca have to do with this? Are you refering to cirumventing a crypto system designed to protect copyright? The dmca isnt some end all to copyright. I dont even think I have it totaly right here (if someone else does, please post exactly what it is Im to lazy to look it up) just because its copyright, does not mean it has anything to do with the dmca.
