The law enforcers went to the wrong address, the hoax call killed no one, incompetent law enforcers murdered an innocent person. The individual is of course guilty of a hoax call and should face consequences for those actions. Repeated offence, pattern of behaviour, all indicative of someone suffering from a mental condition and the sound consequences should be compulsory medical treatment, if necessary, for the rest of their lives. The law enforcers who went to the wrong address and murdered someone should be charged with criminal negligence, not just for the murder but also going to the wrong address.

People tend to miss the bigger picture. The bigger picture in this case, are ads winning customers or losing customers. Pretty easy to tell, if you and you are not alone, were targeted with an ad in this fashion, they would lose a customer. If the ads are not selling anything, than why pay for the ad. A lot of ads are now about convincing advertisers that ads work, not about selling anything to anyone, except ad space to advertisers. Right now jam a compulsary ad at me and you will lose a customer, no ifs buts or maybe, be wildly rude when trying to sell me something and your product is done, finished, wont be buying it and likely wont be buying anything else from your company.

They are a premium product but the price in no way justifies the premium. Much like Miele prices are over the top, they are premium, but the price does not justify the premium. I still buy Miele, they are reliable, that reliability not quite justified by the price but, there is no product really in-between, so they can charge more. Pretty much same as Apple, they could charge less but they charge more based upon effective marketing. Other products are much cheaper but they are build much cheaper. There are no products in between hence allowing Apple to push up it's margins for a limited market, and add a bit more for perceived exclusivity. I just wanted a washers to last well over a decade with no hassles, so paid substantively extra versus other brands. Apple does not fit there as computer do not last decades and phones are actively designed to fail. Really for Apple to charge extra, they should allow user replaceable batteries and screens, they should do more to justify the price because reliability is most certainly not there, say compared to Miele products in their market segment.
High capital cost, that large finned heat sink and radiator heat exchanger would not be cheap, but fan less is a temptation. You would also need to mount the GPU to it and it does require a redesigned motherboard, CPU and GPU one side and everything else the other side. Then using copper instead or even something weird like diamond dust in aluminium composite. The fins could be quite large protruding a couple of centimetres from the base and you could have a fan mounted to it, to run intermittently. Probably only suite the Apple market, the price range to justify it and claim superiority on the rest of the market, could look quite cool dependent upon shape and arrangement of fins. It would be a major visual feature of the product and quite heavy, relatively speaking.
That difference in expression is clear, there is harassed and HARASSED. Lots of stuff is harassing behaviour, but only some stuff is actually criminal. If you can not avoid it and it comes to you, then that ads a capital, like Harassment. Next up is how harmful is the actual harassment, what does it actual entail, harassing someone by walking up to them and beating them versus just shouting at them, obviously add in direct physical contact and that is actual HARASSMENT.
Then there are question of one versus many. One person acts and you ignore it but tens of thousands act and that is harassing but individually still not harassment, that tends to be the flip side of gaining the public eye. Seek to or accidentally gain the public eye and you could become exposed to group harassment, which is still only minor from their perspective, still individual and subdued but from yours, major, because yeah, that public eye thing is a nasty place, you can lose just as readily as you can win. So avoid the public eye, you you want to avoid public harassment, which upon an individual basis is not actually harassment.
The onus is always on the individual to avoid harassment because there are places where it 'WILL' occur in real life or on the internet, whether it be flies or people. A measure of sensible response is required, especially for digital harassment where people reach for it, pull it down, get it from the internet and download it into their lives. Simply stop that and the harassment becomes non-existent. Actively seek the harassment, pursue and inflame it, makes you the perpetrator not the victim. Target a group, harassing a group so they harass you back, means you are not the victim you are the perpetrator.
It must be in your face, inescapable and have a physical nature either in threat or action. Keep in mind criminals feel harassed by the criminal justice system, the police actually do actively harass them, the courts set out to and functionally do harass them and correctional services harass them to reform them. The most harassing entity on the planet is the various third arm of government, the judiciary. So always beware, which harassment is the greater and is the action balanced.

Looking at the design, I am surprised, that Apple hasn't altered the design. In reality the CPU should be attached to the back plate and then the motherboard fitted over it. This would allow the entire back plate to be the heat sink and heat exchanger, obviating the need for a fan. I am surprised desktops have also not made this change. There is no reason the entire side of a PC tower could be a solid piece of finned aluminium obviating the need for a fan. Simply fit the CPU to the side plate and fit the motherboard on top, so CPU on one side of the motherboard, whilst all other bits on the other side, no fan required, as you have over a square foot of heat sink and a few square feed of heat exchange from the fins.

For a farmer, have unproductive land, than who is kidding who, fucking sell it, why pay taxes on unproductive land.

Free uploads no ad revenue, want ad revenue, pay for the upload so many cents per minute. Stick up a movie, to gain ad revenue, pay and then get caught in the first thirty days before any revenue and lose your upload investment cost. It becomes a balance between paying for uploads and earning ad revenue, slows things down, makes it more manage able. It wont stop everything but it will slow it all down and shift goggle cash flow (they'll pick up income early before paying ad revenue). People will of course be more careful when it comes to uploading content if they want ad revenue because of the initial investment, they can still practice with free uploads with no ad revenue to gauge audience numbers and see whether the upload investment will generate an ad revenue return.
