    Which is why I for one completely hate the term computer science and deliver a long winded explanation to anyone who says that my field of study is computer science.

    I study computers in the material sense not computer science in the theoretical sense.

    Hmm... It sounds to me like peer to peer software would be a great way to distibute a DOS proof anti-spam system. Integrate Bittorent with the sharing system with an easy to choose tracker site. Of course I could just be talking out of my @$$ here.

    Yeah I know.

    I tried to submit a story the other day about a new type of alcohol powered battery that can last up to three times as long as current NI-MH batteries.

    It would be a god-send for laptops and handhelds of all types, but it doesn't seem like it is one of the "flavors" they want in their "omelette".

    Yeah and looking at that guy's recent streak of glowing karma I would say that it has become a lifestyle.

    The karma system is starting to need a bit of an overhaul.
