Most programmers in commerce do not get to choose the language they want to program. Strongly typed languages are used by long time programmers simply because strogly typed languages were created first. So saying that long time programmers prefer strongly typed languages means nothing.
C++ is overly complex and the only reason that it exists is that this very complexity insures job security and high pay. When you spend your time getting bogged down in useless minutia and trying to understand some purposely written esoteric code with strong typing when it could have been written in a dynamic language in 1/2 the time.
I say that C++ makes a program more complex, harder to maintain, and take longer to code and even ultimately LESS reliable when the poor slob who takes over the program to maintain it misREADS the code. C++ is truly shit.
I disagree. My ex-girlfriend had a mac laptop about perhaps 10 years ago, She had some sort of extended warranty on laptop. She retuned it under warrany 3 times for same problem until warranty expired. She wasn't agressive. I would have gone ape shit crazy. Clearly there was a defect in laptop but fixing laptop and then a couple of months later same fuckin problem reoccurs is ridiculous . The myth that expensive is quality: You are living in a fools paradise. Expensive simply means that you are paying more. If you are lucky it's higher quality. It actually might be cheaper buying a new non-luxury phone every couple of years. The sheeple wil never learn.

I really do not think that being a dr is a high level skill. He is like a mechanic. He is not a research scientist. Sure you may have to be very smart to get into med school but that's because the system is rigged that way. A mechanic can fix cars and yet is not an engineer and I doubt most engineers could fix cars.
Yet a mechanic does not make the money of a dr. But if u compare a dr to a molecular biologist some drs (specialists) make much more money.
Just because you are smart only means you can regurgitate the facts. Somewhere you need intuition and all the books in the world will not give you that. You need inherent ability to diagnose and the ability to regurgitate facts which is what most schools are designed to do does not give you that intuition. It might but there is no guarantee. And since most drs give no warranties on there work, can you really tell who a good dr really is? I think it's mostly smoke and mirrors. Yes the 10 best DRs in NJ, etc etc by Zombie magazine. Total Bullshit and marketing.
