    Anyone can tell cops (infact one cop doing half of his time) to block site. Then that one cop decides if that site belongs to sencored list. Because list is secret there is no oversight right now. And rumour says that list goes from police to ISPs by email and excel file... top zekret, I say!

    Being a windows user another thing i can't stand is the stupid Apple Updater. No matter how you tell the program you don't want the f&**(@ installed it tries to update itself any chance it gets even if you just watch a quicktime.
    Hear! Hear! And that damn process can't be killed. And it takes all cpu time it can get. Almost cooked my balls with laptop!

    Sounds like anticompetetive behavior. I'm smelling complaint to EU. Someone is left with bad taste in his mouth from this. And TPB isn't feeling guilty at all. :P

    I somehow think that TPB is Windows (tm) of torrent sites. Kill the competition and it will become even stronger.

    E-mail killed telegram and nobody gives a damn. Times change and some business cant cope with that. People tend to care (too much IMHO) only about their own bank balance and because of that are not ready to pay whatever seller asks. People who get paid making something copyrightable are now in situation like a worker asking higher and higher pay doing same job. Not only aren't they getting higher pay but they are getting fired too.

    And it's not like Apple (or any company, but I'll use Apple or I'm going completely offtopic) have some natural right to their copyrigts and patents. We dont owe Apple anything and as long as we don't _steal_ anything, it's our natural right to copy things... why Apple should scream bloody murder, when they still have all their software, is beyond me (not).

    In my opinion company's goal is what owners/founders set it to be. It's the US of A way to simplify everything to money. I hope to see more businesses and companies where profit is a mean to a goal, not a goal in itself.

    I think most of the guns are at least somewhat hidden. Because of that most Finns think that guns are pretty rare in Finland even though according to statistics there seems to be quite many guns. I don't think guns are hidden, its just that they must be stored in locked place and in many occasions that means some sort of safe or locker. And safe's door tends to get in line of sight ;)

    Jeah, hes swede like Pamela Anderson is finn. Pamela's grandfathers father was called Hermanni Hyytiäinen, and later changed his name to Anderson when moved from Saarijärvi in 1908. His wife's father was Heikki Keski-Salmi, later Henry Solmie, who was from Kuortane.

    So don't push it on random hardware. Push it to known. Or are you saying that Dell and others don't know what hardware they have? Shift responsibility and blame to other computer makers, make os commodity and apple experience (Just Works) that something that people are willing to pay.

    Actually I'd gladly support increasing the Russian royalty rate and massively increasing the US royalty rate to match, if we also eliminated a few defect-by-design nonsense tacked onto the US law (such as the arbitrary prohibition against sending more than three songs from the same artist or more than two songs on the same album in a single hour).

    You seem to know what you are talking about, so quick question: If radio sends a full concert and said concert includes just one band and all songs are from one album, is that illegal?
