  1. Patent laws on $1.5B Fine Overturned For Microsoft · · Score: 0

Now if the judge could rip out and shred the software patent laws while he is at it. I think patents are needed but no way in hell the way they are now. Patenting most of the programming code out there is like patenting 2+2=4. I bet whoever wrote these software patent laws did not have much insight into programming. But I could be wrong and congress maybe actually was reading this law and was doing it on purpose. ;)

Your reply is exactly why Linux has not gained market share. Who are you to dictate HOW I should use my computer? Some kind of nazi? Come up with a super easy GUI solution instead of telling the guy to fuck off and sending him to mercy of the OEMs.

Funny how Linux people dictate MORE than Microsoft ever done to its users. Specially when someone is asking "Why can't I" usually he/she gets the answer "You don't need to" instead of actual help.

And funny how he actually "can handle" "this" with windows and not Linux. Funny how you tell him to go to OEMs instead of admitting Windows is easier and stronger in this matter since the user can do it "there" and not "here".

Score me -1, what the fuck do I care. My IQ is probably higher than 90% of you... god damn Linux religious zealots.

Corruption is EVERYWHERE. One can even suggest that it might be in human nature. HOWEVER, I'm no way liking censorship but to defend the swedish police, I have to say those encounters that I have had with our police been very nice. I doubt there is musth corruption in swedish police but corruption at political level. Swedish police is not like american police. They are usually very nice people and not thugs. I do like our police force. I'm originally from Iran so I know what a bad cop is, and swedish police are not bad. Although rotten eggs can be found anywhere.

  11. The more shaders, the slower. Where is the news? on Real Life DirectX 10 Performance · · Score: -1

The more shaders and other effects you put on, the slower things get. 2+2 is faster than 2+2+2+2. I don't see what's the big deal it. DX10 never claimed to be faster then DX9 but look better. I mean, you can't use an old gfx card to run DX9 and expect it to run faster, why expect that the current gfx cards to do DX10 faster?

Eventhough they might be able to handle all DX10's new features, I doubt DX10 will ever be "as fast" as DX9 on current generation of gfx cards.

Drawing one vector is faster than two. Just simple math.
