    That can't be right. There's no WAY that the Sun could stop fusing, and even IF some exotic particle smacked into the solar core and halted the fusion, it would cause the Sun to go Nova. The only thing keeping the gravity of the Sun from collapsing it, is the pressure from the fusion. Also, how the fuck do FISSILE materials reboot fusion?

    Fox is notorious for killing shows that have huge audiences and ratings (which seems kind of redundant). Dark Angel was a critical success and it had huge ratings, but they axed it during the second season. Titus was another critical success with good ratings, considering the time slot, but didn't make it past season 3.

    The reason that it's the only crime actually defined in the Constitution? The Kings of England were quite happy to charge people with treason when they pissed him off. Yes, this is a retarded law, and if the GP's reason about the motivation is true, then the motivation is wrong. But it's NOT treason.

    The PS3 still supports games for the original PlayStation. It's with hardware emulation, I believe. They killed support for the PS2 games, but since the PS2 is still being manufactured, piracy of PS2 games would probably still not be legal.

    Motion will only become the way forward when it's coupled with force feedback. Until my wiimote actually offers RESISTANCE to my movements, it's just another gimmick like the touch screen for the DS. Granted, that was a gimmick that I'm more or less willing to use, I wish they'd have let me beat Metroid Prime 3 with a Gamecube controller. It would have made things a lot easier.

    Einstein also didn't WRITE that letter. It was written by one of the other big guys who became affiliated with the Manhattan project, but he knew that FDR would ignore him, because he was a nobody, so the guy asked Einstein to sign it for him. I think it might have been Teller, or Szilárd.

    1 and 2 would be suitable defenses. Unfortunately, 3 is not. If your car is stolen, and you fail to report it as such, and the thief wrecks the car and causes harm to other people, they can actually sue YOU for damages. You have liability for whatever people are doing with your connection. Even if they hacked your W.E.P. password, you are still responsible for whatever they do.

    It's shitty, but it's civil law. The rules on evidence aren't as stringent.

    What was that about 720p? With the exception of Halo 3, and possibly ODST, I thought all other 360 games were rendered in 720p at a minimum.

    I don't think you know what the difference between a debt and deficit is. A debt is caused by a deficit. There's a deficit that's 90% of the country's GDP. That means that the government spends our GDP plus 90% of it again, on shit. They can't pay off the extra 90%, so it turns into a debt. Every year there is a deficit, the debt increases by the amount of the deficit, and if there happens to be a surplus, the debt isn't increased that year.

    I don't understand why it's so vital to LEARN to spell. It's just pointless memorization. Once the kids know HOW to do long division, they can have a calculator perform the action for them, so they can learn more advanced aspects of mathematics. I doubt I would have been able to take Calculus in high school if not for the calculator making arithmetic operations less tedious in the lower level classes.

    It's worse than that in California. In-state tuition is fully funded by taxes, so California students at a California state school, such as UC, don't pay ANYTHING in tuition.

    How is BitTorrent similar to LimeWire?

    I see the comparison between eDonkey, the eMule protocol is similar to the gnutella network that LimeWire uses. But the BitTorrent protocol is totally different. Yeah, both systems allow for p2p transfer of information, but so do ftp and http. I don't see them on that list.
