I'd open a can of legal worms if it were me, this is not only unconstitutional but so illegal that everyone involved should be thrown in jail. For a very long time. The program shut down. And all details open to the public to review what their government has been working on.

I thought the 'conspiracy to ..' is a provision in law for when no actual crime has been commited? Otherwise you can convice everyone twice, once for conspiring, and then again for the actual thing. Conspiracy to a DUI .. and then the DUI itself. Weird line of reasoning.

I know writing this down can be seen as plotting a terror attack, so let me begin with stating that this is a thought experiment in the name of harm reduction.
That said, fitting a RC helicopter with a can of dioxine or a comparable cancerous toxin and have it spray that over the congress barbecue, or using a quad

  19. Not really. National socialism does differ a lot from international socialism, but beside killing millions, the Nazi party did introduce national healthcare, a public transportation system, and nationalized industries such as oil. They were in favor of a large government. They built cheap Volkswagens for all (Arian) citizens. I wouldn't call that right-wing. As a matter of fact, the thing most extreme left regimes from the past have in common is that they tend to slaughter quite a few of their citizens.
But my extremely shallow definitions of left vs right are "there is no ownership, everything should be state controlled" versus "ownership is absolute, there should be no government". It really depends on your definition.
