ah.. He'll be missed. I built a digital theremin in 7th grade for a science fair. One of the most awe inspiring instruments I'vehttp://hpweb100.interact.nonreg/iiAdmin ever seen.
It (hopefully) will evolve into digital radio over FM frequencies (first starting with a couple as car stereos and home stereos support the digital format) that are streamed off of the internet where radio stations can provide commercial or private content.
ok.. great, but this begs the question, when I level up in the card game or aquire items does Blizzard have a mechanism for transferring them to my WoW account online?
Well at least one person at microsoft realizes that making a product that is usable and interoperable with other software will in the long run help microsoft, not hurt it. Hell, if I didn't have so much hate for microsoft as a company and they included a unix layer in windows vista, i'd be willing to run it!
Acid2 isn't the (main) reason for the call to boycott IE7. It is the fact that Microsoft insists on supporting broken html, using nonstandard web technologies, and does not even attempt to following the w3c standards!
This entire conversation, between me and you, is a troll.
(correct capitalization, punctuation, and correct use of "me and you" in the objective after a preposition)
Btw, I did find my problem. Suse 9.3 with the keyboard map set to en_int_us for some reason disables the quotes key. I have fixed the problem. For effect, "screw you". I don't (asshole) care to continue this pointless conversation.
i do.. i use kde and it has a system-wide spell check.. the problem being don is not highlighted by it since it is a word.. if i dont:) see red i usually dont double check.
I threw together a personal Drupal site in a matter of minutes: www.uwcreations.com
straight forward/easy to use, but very powerful. I also use mambo.. but while it seems more flexible, it can be a nightmare compared to drupal.
actually i use kde and it has an auto spell checker... unfortunately don is not highlighted as a misspelling... and i usually dont;) take the time to read my posts if there isnt anything highlighted.
An elected group of unpaid net hackers would be the best group. Make sure the position is unpaid as to stifle selfish intent. Make it a position that serves the community.. like an open source project board (ex. debians leaders)... but not debians leaders.;)
ok... the parent to this reply was modded a troll. it isnt very funny or relevant to the discussion as a whole, but it is relevant to my previous post. it certainly isnt a troll. someone mod this guy back up to 0
thank god i clealr my cache often. i'd hate to get sued for storing certain websites on my computer. i probably should shred all the ones i've printed out. i don't need that kind of evidence against me piling up on my desk. while i'm at it... my dvr is quite a bit of archived content on it. i'm sure the mpaa would have somethign to say about me watching those movies i recorded off of the movie channels over and over.. honestly, wtf?
The internet archive is a thing of beauty. It's cool to be able to go back and look at the world wide web as it was a few years ago. the only thing that disappoints me is that it doesn't go back to the time of blinking html and billions of animated gifs.;) kinda wish it was a little more thorough in archiving website images too...
I work for a company called Interact whose hardware/software runs cell phone networks down there... and yes They DO run Linux! ;)

Is the submitter trying to encourage conspiracy theories about Vegas security?... this should be a funny thread. Insert conspiracy theories below. ;)

Ok. WTF? mod parent offtopic, overrated (even at 0), and a troll.
How about a native Linux client? It runs great under cedega (transgaming wine), even better in opengl mode.
started with 802.11a. moved to b. upgraded all the access points to g just recently.
We need a robust future expandable standard. My school has changed wireless technologies campus-wide 3 times in 3 years!

Macs were never THAT much more expensive than a comparable windows box. Blown way out of proportion.
i've been fairly impressed with kdevelop. have you tried it? I haven't used VS for awhile though.
