But one other thing is that the water from kitchen and shower usually has a decent temperature so you can add a heat exchanger and heat pump to benefit from it too.

There is a lot of stuff you can do before the waste water is really not useful anymore.

Don't get me wrong, but Heinlein tried a lot of ideas in his books, and not every idea was logical or worth to realize but they still made for a good story. Incest is one idea tried in Time Enough For Love, but it's not something that goes well in society today except as a dirty fantasy.

But right now it looks more like Nehemiah Scudder is coming. Maybe not this election, but we can never be sure. And forget about 2:nd amendment, it's no longer feasible since it's not possible to organize a militia strong enough to overthrow the armed forces. 18. Re:Every time a bell rings on Should There Be a Sci-Fi Category At the Oscars? · · Score: 2

You still have the Hugo and Nebula awards for Science Fiction.

But the sad thing is that sometimes a movie is done in a Science Fiction style with no concerns about providing a good story and is just using the genre to permit an overabundance of special effects.

The best special effects is when the viewer thinks it's a natural part of the set and it appears realistic. A lot of the computer generated special effects you see today are still not having a natural appearance, even if there are cases where it's hard to tell. One example of a good computer generation is the much hated figure JarJar Binks in Star Wars (not perfect, but a well done), but sometimes you see animations of snakes in other movies where the snake looks like it's levitating.

B.t.w. if you want to see a movie in the Science Fiction category that's good and has very little special effects I suggest that you watch K-Pax with Kevin Spacey.

I would be a lot more worried about the tankers transporting chlorine or any other kind of hazardous aggressive material. The nuclear material is usually contained very well to withstand normal accidents.

And not much is likely to happen if a nuclear warhead was involved in an accident since it requires a detonator which should have been removed before transport if proper procedures have been followed.

The thing you should worry about the most is if someone decides to hijack the cargo. Or the newspaper headlines printing that you had an accident involving a warhead.
