If you're willing to take the word of an internet citizen that claims to have contacted Zahn to ask about what he said, there is this post on SomethingAwful that says:
After speaking with Markus Zahn just a few minutes ago, he indeed confirms that the device is NOT a perpetual motion machine and that it simply uses magnets to accelerate to a certain speed, not permanent acceleration. He also was rather snide and rude to me, saying that I shouldn't buy into everything the papers and literature say just because it has the three magical words "perpetual motion machine" in them.
So the inventor is just a giant crock of shit.
The studio execs agreed to nothing. They offered up their own formula for residuals on internet use that the WGA rejected. The AMPTP (studio execs) then left saying that will be their only offer until the other demands are removed.
The AMPTP isn't willing to negotiate anything, they just want to make demands.
South Park is a non-union, creator owned show. The WGA doesn't factor into it. Consequently MTV could not have done this without Matt & Trey's permission.
Go to any Anheuser-Busch owned theme park (SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, etc) and they'll have 21+ building that gives out free beer. Granted it's mainly Budweiser and Michelob, but it's still free.
If the pirates keep this up, the MPAA will be losing so much potential sales that they'll end up in the potential red and be forced to shut down operations due to the massive potential loss!
So, in effect, it seems that SOE was probably lambasted by LucasArts and the NGE was the result. It was likely a joint effort between the two companies to kick start the game again. If LucasArts is still unhappy with it, then it is a situation they were well aware of, and it's doubtful they would suddenly become angry and cancel SOE's contract when they were part of the effort to "save" the game.
Correct. From my source at LucasArts and SOE, LucasArts has been behind almost every change since shortly before the CURB. At this point Sony is nothing more then the company hired to run the servers and write the code that LucasArts wants, Sony has no more creative control.
With the success of the DS, Nintendo decided to put the new Gameboy on the back burner and focus on the DS. You'll notice they only mentioned the DS being the third tier up until it became clear the DS wasn't just a gimmick and was actually good.
Since in Japan it's technically illegal to resell used video games, yes, sales figures only track new sales nevermind the logistics in trying to track resell figures.

Except that telephone numbers are considered facts and therefore not covered by copyright.

Correct. Wiki Admins can hide historical revisions from non-admins.

Oh no! Not KITT!
The shadows used on Cheap Seats were recycled from the original show, not specifically shot for ESPN.
SNK has already announced a Metal Slug compilation for Wii.

Their lap board sure is amazing! Here are some pictures! I'm going to buy twelve! How about you!
Seriously though, havn't people been accusing companies of this for awhile now?
Internet blog? Isn't that like saying PIN Number or ATM Machine?
Just like to point out that the major comic book labels dropped the CCA label a few years back, I think only Archie Comics still has it.

But how many of those sequals had to include the now mandatory hi-res textures for HD resolutions?

Yes, they wanted to stop another atari 2600 from happening. So evil of them.
It is a far, far better thing I do now than I have ever done; it is a far, far better rest I go to than I have ever known.
Well if they knew where it was, then they couldn't have known its speed.
Wow! You have a remote that senses movement in 3d space as well as rotational directions?
