If your company has a policy of giving at least two weeks severance when they lay people off, then you should give two weeks notice.
If they give less than that, then they don't deserve notice, but you might want to consider giving it anyway.
When you hear stories of people being escorted out instantly when they give notice, they're usually still getting paid for the two weeks notice they gave.
They'll be great at brainstorming innovative ways of suckering gullible investors out of money, not sure what else "Silicon Valley CEOs, thinkers and venture capitalists" can do though.
Then, in the span of about 5 years, these scanners will have caused cancer in a greater number of people than the number of people killed by terrorists on 9/11/2001?
They changed the keyboard layout. It's terrible now, they moved page up/page down to the bottom right, and messed up the others that go in the top right corner.
For a laptop who's main appeal is the keyboard, I don't understand why they changed it into something worse.

A 2TB drive is something like $120.
Is protecting your data worth more to you than $120?
If yes, buy another drive. If not, erase a bunch of junk you've accumulated.
