    Illinois voting ballots utilize a BLACK MARKER ARROW system instead of Hole Punching.

    The Black arrow is much easier to work with than hole punching.

    At the age of 9 it took me 3 hours of straight play to beat this level. In case the author doesn't know what level 4 is, it is the Ice level, then Snake, then Surfboard.

    It's about time the Industry starts playing the game.

    Although this is a very cruel approach to advertising, it gives them the advantage to not only strike back at the community yet be able to advertise for their clients / artists as well.

    Now you must stop the lawsuits and expect penalties that come from falsifying files.

    So you're saying that you would be able to obtain all parts necessary (at the age of 12) to build a nuclear bomb with ease?
    What useful is knowledge when you're still missing the tools to replicate a 1950's bomb?

    The game has already been reviewed by the ESRB which they have already taken extra measures to ensure a justified rating.

    "I'm not so sure. Such an argument seems to imply that if the violence were worse than what you'd see on TV, there would be some grounds to have this game forcibly prevented from sales. So while I do agree with the judge's statement, I find it a very dangerous thing to be including such a statement in defense of the game from a legal standpoint."

    If you remove Bully from publishing, you would also have to take every TV/MA TV/T show off the air.
    I find the judge's defense is sound: The judge basically identified that the level of violence in this game is already approved by society.

    Let's also not forget children cannot buy this game on their own nor rent it as well as parents still have the right to pre-view before purchase.

    I agree.

    I'm suprised no one has raised this situation to administration unless the CIO **cough**IT Director **cough** somehow found a loophole in the ToS policy.

    Myspace launched its own video system.

    Google has Orkut, Wallop and a few other systems that can compete with Myspace.

    I would prefer a 10x ROI that way I could take the funds and invest in the company that bought my investment.

    I smell doom for all advertising companies. Google, a company that makes revenue off of advertising purchases a site frequently visited by the world.

    It does not even matter if there are pending lawsuits against YouTube or Google. They'll find ever means to fight the suits or settle.

    I'm in shock the venture capitalist company didn't try to intervene when knowing their competitor was going to purchase their VC investment.

    Online + Video + TV + Advertisements + $400/stock company = Nuclear Launch Detected
