Have you tried this with attached images? I should have been more clear with my post but I'm doing a few things at once here. When I recieve images, gmail won't attach them when I try to forward them.

If I am sent an image, gmail embeds it into the email and then when I try to forward it, it won't attach it. If it's another type of attachment, though, it works fine.

Actually this problem occurs when I am sent an image that is attached but is embedded into the email. If I try to forward the image, it won't get attached. I tried it with a ppt file and it did attach...
Is there a way I can submit a bug to google?

Gmail is great but there is one thing that I hate about it. Whenever I'm sent an attachment, I can't just forward it on to someone else. Has anyone figured out how to do this? I'd rather not have to download the attachment and then make an entirely new email with it attached.
For Linux to get past the "learning curve", if you will, and onto a normal user's desktop, it needs to be more user friendly. My mom and dad are never going to use the command line.
I'll have to check up on the details about mine. I've had it about a year so I've forgotten the details about it by now. It is a SATA drive though and I don't think it was a cheap model.
How often do you buy CDs? Since mp3's got popular, I barely buy any physical CDs anymore. I think last year I bought maybe 5. Once DVD's are able to be downloaded quickly and easily, I probably won't purchase very many, though I already don't these days because of my netflix subscription.
Whoa calm down, all they did was find out if they got accepted or denied. It's not like they cheated their way in...
I'm not condoning what they did as right but it seems a little harsh to compare this to crimes like stock market fraud.
Am I the only person that really does not like iTunes? The only good thing about it that I can see is the party playlist thing, or whatever it is called. The one thing that I just cannot stand about iTunes is that when I add music to my music folder, iTunes does not automatically recognize it. I have to go in and add it to my "Library". No Thanks. If you think I'm going to spend time everytime I download music to add it to my stupid library, you are fooling yourself. It's too much of a pain. I hate media player, but at least it knows how to read my damn hard drive.
I've also had issues with iTunes being very slow in Windows and causing playback to skip. This has happened on several different machines that I've used so it's not just a problem with my desktop.
Also, even though I know you can turn this off, I hate how when you have iTunes organize your music for you, it renames everything to the track number track name.mp3 format. WTF! I want to be able to specify the naming scheme. Artist name should be in the file name! Come on now.
The only thing I use iTunes for is for putting music on and taking it off my iPod. Occasionally I'll through on the party playlist thing as well. Regular playback, i mostly just stick to winamp.
I'd say that an MBA would go well with an engineering masters. The majority of my managers do not have MBA's and I don't know too many that do. I work for a 130,000+ person defense company. From what I can tell, we like people with advanced engineering degrees. I'm currently going to pursue a C.S. masters and then either do an M.B.A. or J.D. after that. I'm very interested in law (patents and IP) and wouldn't mind ditching the corporate world for a private practice later on. I feel that an engineering masters will help my career then and also help to get me into a better law school.
Well one protection for lawyers is that they have to pass the bar for the state that they work in. I'm not sure if this is the case in every state though. You could work without being a bar member but it'll be very difficult to get hired and I doubt the pay would be very good. I have friends trying to join the Florida Bar and from what I've heard, it's not exactly easy to get admitted. It's not as simple as passing a test. I'm pretty sure that being a US resident is a requirement.
I'll have to completely disagree with you here. It's pretty difficult to move up the chain at my company if you do not have a master's degree. Almost every single person in management here has a masters or higher degree. But not every place is the same...
It also seems like a waste of time (and money) to me because isn't filtering software already available? Parents who are not aware that they cannot already buy filtering software are either not going to realize this option exists or aren't going to care. In the end, the ISP's are the ones who will pay for it (and then I guess the consumer in higher prices for everyone).

I have not updated my iPod firmware for awhile and I'm not going to. I can copy my music files directly from the ipod to my hard drive just by browsing to the folders. I've been told by others that they can't do that and I'm afraid that a firmware update will end that for me. I have a 2nd generation ipod that is about a year old. I think I updated the firmware right when I got it so the firmware is ~1 year old as well.
Can anyone else do this with a new firmware upgrade? I'd like to get the new shuffle feature as well.
From TFA: "But another appeals judge on the panel questioned whether consumers can challenge the FCC's rules in the courtroom."
If consumers have to abide by FCC rulings and can be taken to court if they don't follow them then why would consumers not be allowed to take their rulings to court?
I just moved to a new place and the only reason we have a landline is because it was a package deal for cable + internet + phone. It's actually cheaper than without the phone line. Before we even knew the number or given it out we had people calling it. They were obviously telemarketers. The line was up for about 2 days and it started ringing right away. This is my first landline in several years and I'm sure I will never use it.
Are cell #'s not allowed to be given out to telemarketers? I bet that changes soon.
After a fresh install, IE may be faster than Firefox but once a non-saavy person starts using IE, all of the junk that will get installed because of it will definitely cause IE to be a hog, allowing Firefox to blow past it.
I won't buy wireless service from a provider and this has nothing to do with wi-fi hotspots. I've never even used a wi-fi hotspot. The main reason that I won't buy wireless service from a provider is because of the insane price. I'm sure most people are in my boat.

Actually no. I agree that the background is hideous.
A lot of people really like CDE. I consider myself one of those people.

That's interesting because I have a Barracuda and it's probably the loudest drive that I've ever owned...
