I use GTKPOD which not only uploads to my iPod but also can rip music from your iPod (or someone else's). iTunes tends to wipe iPods it doesn't recognise, GTKPOD just works. I have never used iTunes or any apple site or product except the purchase of my pod. Runs great, and none of the iTunes ball and chain around my ankle.
I doubt it has anything to do with local language, here in holland all films are in the original language with dutch subtitles, plus most advertising is still in English. The French and Germans still dub all films and tv though, but big games like Final Fanstasy are translated anyway. Europeans generally learn other languages to broaden their horizons...and to understand their fellow humans.
Innovation in my book is games that did things that were new and fresh, take games like The ancient art of war or the later Dune][, the basis for all C&C/starcraft games of today.
And how can you forget Wolfenstein 3D as a revolution in digital killing...
I gew up playing on a BBC Acorn, but games memories of the original cga Test drive and Paratrooper all made games what they are today...IMHO that is.
Settlers of Catan is very good game to be honest, it also can be expanded in several ways..many a friend of mine are addicted to it.
Some games will be sold forever, I mean there is nothing like a good game of Monopoly or Risk...at least you can throw the board up when you really are a bad looser!
The word Twister springs to mind..I mean, a virtual doctor telling you to sqaut? on who? and more importantly...why?
and mr crack...you are forgetting that all Anime is made by cartoonists on crack to encourage the use of crack, and thus creating more people on crack to watch their sick cartoons for people on crack so they get earn more money to buy more crack....

I can't believe most are missing the whole point, if a kid goes and and shoots/mutilates/mames another human being, then the kid is f'd up, plain and simple.
Parents should take responsibility for their apparent lack of moral guidence in that child's upbringing. Yes parents, ehtics is also required reading! You can blame all the videos/games/newsoftoday that you want, but it comes down to the kids having a balanced knowledge of right and wrong. If the kid goes and does a killing spree, I think it is safe to assume that the kid has issues.

Actually, the majority just has the most seats in the house. However other parties can club together to get something one as together they may outseat leading party. You see all parties still have their say in the houses.
The seats are distributed according to percentage of the votes they have won, which I find a far more equal and fair way of controlling a country, instead of having two parties slug it out...what happens if they are both crap? You get to choose between crap and crap...not to mention most will vote their way however crap their party is...nah..I'll stick to euro democracy thank you.
The major thing that I don't get about the states is your voting system..it should be one man one vote, and the person with the most votes wins...
There you go, full proof system for an election..none of these recount a state and use those results crap.
And I think security and privacy have to be questioned..

I thought FFX was a good test for what is to come, I mean the spoken dialog and fab graphics need a bit of fine tuning with the actual FF series, but still I wasn't dissapointed....
Well ok I beat the end in 30 minutes because I had the sacred weapons and was pissed that I was killing so called end bosses with single limit break.....ok yes I was really pissed...
The only reason I bought a Ps2 was because of 2 game titles..no more, no less. Gran Turismo and Final Fantasy. And seeing as FFX-2, FFXI and FFXII will be released on the Ps2, I am one happy puppy.
Now, If I were into furries and cereal box characters I would have bought a non dvd playable game cube. Nintendo just doesn't have the titles, and even if you have chronicals, I have heard that a gameboy advanced is almost a neccesity...I think I'll stick to the Ps2.

It maybe not thought out, but as long as spammers (whatever their nationality) are being arrested/fined/quartered/shot it's all fine by me.

Gran Turismo 3 had excellent graphics..in out..who cares, that game rocks..and the intro is awesome...GT4 is said to be even better...
