Well, I am not sure I would ever get a Chromebook: the idea of a fully network-based personal computer, a system built to run web-based apps only, is quite stupid. Whenever you don't have a connection, is your computer just a paperweight? I'd rather spend a bit more and get any proper notebook or even a netbook, onto which I'd install any Linux distro of my choice.
Just thought of something else. Don't the other players have interesting stories too? Commodore and Atari immediately immediately come to mind. I mean, Jobs was an adopted child, call him a waaambulance: Jack Tramiel is a friggin' nazi death camp survivor. That's academy award material!
At least people have properly savaged those. Trek'09 is so full of plot holes, canon inconsistencies, and contrived coincidences, yet it gets widely praised!
Personally, I find the Dualshlock almost unbearable. The whole shape of it is bad, the split d-pad is lame, but the analog sticks are the worst: who the fuck thought it was a good idea to put them near the center of the damn thing? It makes you stretch your thumbs to an unnatural position. No matter how much I try to use that thing, it never feels right.
"Common folk" indeed do not install Windows: they ask a nerdy friend or relative, or pay to have it done.

Now 10.04 is not going to be supported forever. I am greatly looking forward to flushing all my hard-won knowledge of this desktop down the drain and spending time looking on line for this-or-that extension that will enable us to maintain the smooth workflow we have had so far.
A custom Linux distro? What's the point of calling it Amiga then? They should have made a PowerPC machine, running the actual AmigaOS, then they could call it an Amiga. Hell, if you install AROS on any regular PC, it will be far more truly Amiga than this junk.
Remember... why tablet PCs failed the first two times they were introduced.
Because Microsoft tried to cram a desktop interface on a tablet. Now they're trying to cram a tablet interface on the desktop, which will likely blow up on their faces just the same.
Another reason to hate Sony: the Dreamcast's fair shot was ruined by their lies. They released absurd specs that made everyone think the PS2 was much more powerful than it actually was.

and their inferior Sega counterparts
Troll detected.
So immediate that there was an echo.

Will this movie offer anything that "Pirates of Silicon Valley" didn't? I doubt it.

Um... Yeah, and this far out in the PS3 dev cycle we thought we'd be stuck with those horrible boomerang controllers too.
It's not like their controllers were EVER any good...
It's not like Star Trek is as worthless as the most recent flick.
Fixed that for you. Damn, that movie was one of the dumbest pieces of shit to ever bear the Star Trek name.

Look into Mate, the Gnome 2 fork.
Then they should have made something that at least looks like an Amiga, not a Mac mini.
Wait, someone is making an actual next-gen Amiga, and it's not those dolts. See here.

Actually, Windows is the platform to target for hardcore games, they don't target OSX.
He obviously meant consoles, dummy.
Duh! Any modern tennis (or table tennis) video game is a modern Pong!
Any other action would be tantamount to anarchy.
More and more I wonder if that's such a bad thing, really...
You be trollin
He be.

It does not per se, but it is a sign that it is an outdated machine.
Precisely! They are similar to Zelda, therefore, they are action-RPGs.
When the law is illogical, it is illogical to respect it.

He drew the Japanese cover.
I assume he meant Adventure for the Atari 2600.
