Wiretaps require a warrant. Why would a computer be any different? I'm sure this has been settled in dozens of other cases, and will die quickly in appeal.
This is incredible technology, The daisy chain gene drive though is about as hard core sci-fi as you can get. But genetics are essentially hyper complex software, and a lot can go wrong when jumping in on someone else's undocumented code.
Microsoft's move to open source, and set free some very powerful programming tools, carries well into this story. Developers choose Java because it was believed to be free/open But as far as Oracle is concerned, it's not. I really do think.net core can fill this role now.
Where Amazon and Microsoft at least know and cover the basics, and make a serious effort most companies haven't the resources, people, or expertise to keep their servers even remotely secure.
If you are a supreme security expert perhaps 'you' could make a more secure system. Now ask yourself, how many third rate hacks think they are a supreme security expert, or worse how many companies don't even have that.
Too many vulnerable routers without patches available. If someone came up with a way to plug the vulnerability by exploiting it, Kudos. I say leave it there unless you CAN patch it, then do that instead.
If they later abuse it, then reset your router.
Merchants are on the hook when a fraudulent purchase is made, with a NEW style card, but the merchant hasn't updated to a new style reader.
Issuers are on the hook when a fraudulent purchase is made with an OLD style card.
There are many other laws that prevent abuse of dominance in a market. Hopefully all of this noise will attract the attention of those who enforce those laws.
There really isn't any room for debate on the issue. To share that access with law enforcement, means eventually someone outside of law enforcement will get their hands on it. Then it's an unstoppable mess.
As soon as we are able to hold sites accountable for letting ad networks use their site for distributing malware, and scams then we can discuss not blocking. Until then your ad better be hosted by the site itself, and non-intrusive, and legitimate.
Required should be no more than a handful of things unless you are willing to pay a kings ransom' Beneficial/Favorable can be a mile long. Also in tech the education requirement needs to ALWAYS have 'Or Equivalent' experience. Otherwise you will interview the the Doctorate who hasn't touched a computer in 10 years and ignoring the self taught whiz right out of the box. A handful of employers have skipped over me because I lack a degree as if a degree in technologies from 25 years ago would be beneficial in some way?

I think sw1tched might just have some nice royalties coming now.
The other tries to outlaw encryption.
Somebody needs to pay for these servers, so what's the business model? In those details is the likely answer as to whether or not this is a good idea.
Yea just a creative person with now technical expert Until... Either something goes wrong, or the needs go outside of norm. Then the startup is done.
And the rest becomes minimally important.
BTW, having a wireless password of password is just asking for it.

Heck yea!
They are excavating a spaceship, not really building a factory ;-)
It's the data was safer on her home, poorly managed server than on the official government ones anyhow.
It's time to revise these rules, and update the tests knowing this is to be expected.
Pressure from management, to do one of two things: 1) Deliberately cheat, 2) Demand what is only possible by Deliberately cheating.
Was the picture of the factory, here is the massive building, with a massive rooftop, that appears not to have any solar panels on it.

So I googled WeChat, as it sounds like a great tool... and it tops today's headlines about malware in it: http://www.bbc.com/news/techno...

Wasn't he a fugitive from murder charges, and also not born in the US. Only slightly better presidential option than Trump.
