    But regardless, if you're really trying to make money it would be much easier to develop the game as a mod for a more popular game such as HL2 or a map pack for TF2. Gaming communities take a long time to mature**

    IIRC The OS Is POSIX Compatible, porting *most* applications from Linux to BeOS isn't very difficult.

    Most of the 2D Xbox live/PSN HD remake games have been about $9.99-$19.99 which is fairly reasonable.

    If this came out for PC I would be happy.

    The 5870 is apparently more powerful than a 4870x2 or a GTX295, and the GT300 is supposed to be even faster. This next generation of graphics cards are going to be intense.

    Going by the previous generation 4890s, you can fit 4 of them in certain x58 motherboards, Most will support upto 3 however.

    It's interesting in the sense that people don't mind their information being available, what they care about is having control over how that information is presented. IMO at least.

    The only reason facebook was initially popular was because it was for college students only. Once they allowed anyone to have a facebook page, it became the crap fest it is now.

    Interestingly enough, if the government created a database like facebook to track citizens, people would be outraged, but make it voluntary and it becomes the next new thing.

    Only anecdotal evidence that my FIOS connection in NYC is great. 24ms pings and 25mb/s download speeds.

    The F35 doesn't need to focus on air-air combat when it has the F22 to back it up in the skies.

    Besides, the electronics/radar package is more important nowadays then anything else.

    My motherboard uses high quality capacitors that are made in Japan... But then again my motherboard is a high end $350+ core i7 motherboard.

    Not everyone builds there computer to be disposable.
