Well I thought Hayden Christensen's character was woefully miscast. Teen romantic becomes intergalactic assassin? Sorry, didn't buy it.
The biggest shame for me was Obi Wan's act of mercy in that he found Anakin so pitiful that couldn't bring himself to finish the genocidal crybaby off! (of course then we wouldn't have eps 4-6)
My first programming job used Visual Age for Java. Whatever paradigms IBM brought over from Smalltalk, they didn't mesh well and the company eventually came up with Eclipse.
The phones you mentioned run Atom, which is something Intel abandoned for mobile. Likewise, they haven't been interested in cramming a tablet Core M processor into a phone.
If you've been following the announcements, Microsoft are partnering with Qualcomm to emulate x86 on Snapdragon.
Also apple does not let run mac os in a VM on non apple hardware. (it can be done but apple's license says no)
Isn't one of the complaints of 'developers' that 16GB Macbooks that they don't provide enough RAM for those who want to run multiple VMs simultaneously?
If Linux can be virtualized, why is it not a valid use case to do the same with macOS?
+1 for the NUC - quiet and with a small footprint.
If you're cubicle-bound there's not much value in a laptop if you're just going to plug in dual monitors, a mouse and a proper keyboard. At a company I contracted at, we were asked to hot-desk by bringing in our own equipment. The suggestion was we buy laptops but 99% of the time workers sat at the same desk every day, plugged into said peripherals. And rather than take them home, they were chained to the desk overnight with a security cable.
the perfect article that unites Apple-haters and climate deniers with making China great again!:)
The next step in climate talks will be import tariffs on rogue nations such as my own (Australia) that do not have a credible emissions reduction program.
Declaring their electricity 'green' a decade before the Europeans impose an import tax on goods manufactured from 'dirty' power makes sense fiscally and helps them stay ahead of their competitors.
Regardless of what people may think about Apple's business practices otherwise...
Didn't Donald want to bring manufacturing home? Becoming the world's largest panel manufacturer to blanket *every* dwelling in the united states could be a job creation program.
It has been 59 days since a recall was announced, which is longer than the phone was even on the market (Aug 19 - Oct 11).
So there has been plenty of time for anyone to exchange their phone for a different handset. Verizon haven't personally telephoned every one of their affected customers to arrange this?
Indeed, I'm not sure how anyone can develop such an emotional attachment to a handset, with less than 2 months from release to recall.
It has a few evolutionary features over the previous Note 5 (sd card, dual sim, waterproof, usb-c, iris scanner) but not anything I'd risk personal injury for.
Used Nexus 6 phones can be had on ebay for $AU206 but if it costs me two hundred bucks just to get the lastest OS on a soon to be unsupported phone then they really aren't that much better than the competition.
FM Radio is built into the SoC of many phones (Snapdragon) but only the budget models seem to enable it these days.
I didn't know DAB+ was a common thing on phones; certainly LG made a fuss with their "LG Stylus DAB+" model recently.
SJW = Steve Jobs Worshipper.
I thought that they worked at Apple.
I bought an HP once.
The power brick had to be replaced in the first month. But that was back in 2009.
7 1/2 years later, it's still running fine.

episode 4 was surprisingly good in resurrecting the franchise, considering how appallingly bad episodes 2 and 3 were. :-)

asynchronous callbacks run in their own thread.
(You might want to switch to a different aftershave!)

macOS on a tablet? I personally wouldn't cripple a touchscreen computer with a non-touchscreen OS.
I'm no great fan of Unity or Mir but for Unixy goodness, Ubuntu Touch would be my choice.
The Nazis have had a colony there since the forties.
She found Billy Crystal too whiny, only to marry his friend with the mustache.
Ultimately, Rubin's research into dark matter will lead to the invention of the hyperdrive, enabling interstellar travel.
Based on his wooden acting in the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, they could posthumously animate Harrison Ford and few would notice the difference. :-)
I dunno, with this hot weather we've been having and lounging around on holidays, I doubt I've been getting *enough* coffee. :)
Since it's the Obamaphone, your device ought to receive lifetime updates. :)

Trans pacific flights take several hours longer. e.g. Sydney to Vancouver
When are MS going to save the day with their new Windows 11 Surface phones, anyway? :)
I have a nexus model and it's stuck on 5.x
