I had to cut and paste into a word processor in order to read the page. Was the Apple user interface group out back having a smoke when this page was being designed?

Or is that irony instead of hypocrisy? What are your best combos? is your hotbutton bar optimized for your current level and the types of mobs you are facing? what tactics work best vs. casters? vs. the snare+range types? vs. BAF melee types who run for help before you expect them too?

I know I haven't played my warlock in a while, so there were several things I needed to relearn, like emergency tactics to disengage when I'm over my head... like when I've accidentally pulled a couple adds, and the blue guy isn't holding aggro like he should, then perhaps aoe spells are more trouble than help. (todo: acquire more healing potions...) Also, how does a warlock fit in a group setting? The mage's nukes really can pound on a target before my first DOT can cast. About all I can do is make sure the proper curses are on the proper targets--demonspeak on the casters, weakness on the melee types, recklessness on the BAF types, agony on everyone else. And by then the fight is usually over anyway. If there is a better way I can only find it by _actually_playing_. Characters staying in shape offline indeed...

Furthermore, it wouldn't hurt for the gamer himself to stay in shape. turn of the computer once in a while and take a walk in the fresh air. You'll have more stamina for those weekend gaming marathons if you work out during the week.

So what if you do, for whatever reason, neglect to touch the steering wheel every ten seconds? After beeping for ten minutes does it just shut itself off and send your car carreening over a cliff? slam on the brakes in the middle of the highway? Or just keep driving and beeping until you physically wrest control from it (presumeably by taking the wheel and changing lanes or exiting the highway, tapping the brake, whatever.)

On the other hand, a system that could take over when the driver is incapacitated would be a good thing. Many accidents are caused by fatigued drivers. I was lucky that I didn't crash when I "fell asleep" for about 5 miles on the highway (Chevy Chase?) and "woke up" and I realised that I had taken a wrong turn a few miles back, and couldn't remember anything about the last several minutes. This was on my normal commute, that was a turn I just never would have made even if I weren't paying attention.

It certainly is helpful to look at the board and see the controls if you don't have any key mappings memorized.

They won't though, because I think they care more about revenue streams based on relationships with media providers than the licensing fees from end users, who are already basically locked into the microsoft way. Besides, anti-virus companies and most likely microsoft itself are concerned with violating any potential EULA, no matter how deceptive or even whether it was presented. From sarc
"WARNING: Removing this security risk...may violate the manufacturer's end-user license agreement."
I would imagine microsoft is very sensitive about violating EULAs, since they have pretty restrictive EULAs themselves.
