It's not designed to let the driver fall asleep, it's designed to make sure the driver doesn't. RTFA.
Any sort of CPU can become a transmitter of arbitrary frequencies when not shielded properly. Modern tvs use mostly digital tuning...

actually, yellow and purple are involved in the whole red vs blue saga Grif, a red soldier, wears yellow armour.Doc, a neutral medic, wears purple armour. For the most part, red refers to warmer colors, ie yellow red orange maroon pink. Meanwhile, blue refers to cooler colors, blue aqua green etc. black and purple are generally freelance.
