How is this different from Apples Quartz Extreame or soon to be realeased Core Image? Its not. It the natural evolution of things. While naysayers will shout "idont need this" and " Its not productive" , When you have several CPU Intensive apps open and running, wouldn't it be nice to know that your otherwise unused gpu is taking care of your windowing?
we just bought five new 2u Dell Power Edge 2850's for 2k each!. That included two 2.8 Intel Xeons, three 36 gb seagate scsi 10K RPM drives (can have 6 total) with a 256MB RAID controlller , dual power supplies, dual gig ethernet, and no OS installed. Thats the price you just paid for a decent workstation. It's a bad idea.
as lon g as the applications can be kerberized your all set. If your using MS AD then your already using kerberos, linux obviously can be setup with it as well as mac os.

I would like to vote for the best person reguardless of political party. Political parties were actually discouraged by the founding fathers becuase they knew that it would create the system that we are in now. perhaps you should think for yourself for once.
.... am getting sick of haveing two choices for the person who runs this entire country. i have historically voted for third parties so that perhaps some day we WILL have more than two lousy choices. Seeing how i live in NY i will probably again be voting for a third party. last time i checked, one reason the US was so great was choice.
Radmind works fatastically. i use it to manage about 600 macs with different loadsets using the tls certificate feature.

Nothing against tv repair men, it is a very technical skill in many respects, but i didnt pay $28,000 for 4 years of school to be registered as a tv repair man.
