There hasn't been a redistricting since 2002, when Democrats and Republicans (who controlled the State Senate) agreed to do a pro-incumbent redistricting. Following that redistricting, Democrats held 19 seats in the state, Republicans 10. Democrats won those 7 Republican leaning seats fair and square in 2004, 2006 and 2008, without further gerrymandering.
I actually did the map on upstate a few weeks ago, and it turns out that upstate is about 3% more Democrat than the country as a whole: a 3% win for Gore in 2000, a wash between Kerry and Bush, a 10% win for Obama. They went overwhelmingly for Schumer, Clinton, and Spitzer in the last statewide races. Most Upstate Congressional Districts are held by Democrats.
It's definitely false to claim that upstate is "Red as a damn stop sign". Upstate is blue.
Are you insane? Certifying food and drugs, investigating, judging and imprisoning people, collecting taxes, allocating wireless frequencies, controlling air traffic.
So is Brain Training for Kids. They've been in the top 10 best selling games for Japan practically non-stop since May. Hell, yesterday, the two games were the two best selling games, period, Adult Brain Training taking the number one spot and Brain Training for kids taking number 2. They've both approaching 500k copies sold.
Well, Howard Dean's campaign was a grass roots campaign that worked. Kinda. He managed to raise a hell of a lot of money from small donations. In the third quarter of 2003, he raised 14.8 million dollars, more than any other democratic presidential campaign ever. And this, on average donations of 74$. 7.3 million of those dollars came from his internet campaign. So grassroots can work, provided the subject doesn't scream.

So, linking to the page that contains illegal material is illegal. Automatically, page that does that becomes illegal material in itself, including the redirect. So Google'd be screwed anyway.
The lawyers are digging. They're boring down the surface right down to Asia. One for every man, woman and child. That sounds exactly like the thinking of a machine to me.

But then, the military budget is something like 30 times bigger than that, or more than 350$ per year...
Except they're not. December 2003? Sony outsold Microsoft 2 to 1. November 2003? Same thing. Rest of the year? Yup. Hell, even Gamecube is outselling Xbox lately. And that's just in the US. In Japan, PS2 outsells Xbox at least 30 to one.
I'd really, really hope that nuclear waste has a shorter half life than a McDonald's burger. Shorter half-life = more radioactive than.

Of course, Wordforge is a cesspoll of stupidity and whatnot. I visit TK more than Wordforge. I think that's saying enough.

That's quite a ripoff. I hear SCO was selling them for 699$
EA does have the Bond license. James Bond and Wolverine going at it doesn't sound sucky.
