Out in the real world, Apple makes more money than all the other smartphone manufacturers combined. (Well, almost - only 44%: http://www.asymco.com/2010/08/19/htc-how-they-compare/ Scroll to the bottom to see earnings percentages)
You can keep your marketshare. Apple will take the money.
Yeah, the NTSB always blames the pilot. Never the design or implementation details of any of the builders - who pay a lot to the NTSB.
Nice example: John Denver.
He was blamed because he failed to properly switch from one fuel tank to the other, thus depriving the engine of gas. He then crashed and died. What *wasn't* in the NTSB report: the switch was behind him, in a tight space, and he couldn't see over his shoulder clearly enough to tell if the switch was in the proper place.
You can blame Denver, and he paid the price. But the engineer(s) who put the switch behind the pilot's seat are just as much, if not moreso, to blame.
You do know that when you upgrade to iTunes 10, it asks you to put in info about Ping. And that you can just hit cancel. Right? Otherwise, you wouldn't be whining about it. Right?
There's a huge grey area of sexuality that is ignored by Christianity that's not defined in a sexual or a sinful way, yet all sexual activity outside of marriage is thrown under the same bus.
Not to get too far off topic, but Christianity doesn't say too much about whether or not it's a sin to have oral sex, mutual masturbation, and other things along those lines that are NOT sexual intercourse. So are they sin or not? I know the 'usual' treatment is that if it leads you into temptation, it's a sin. But some, heck most, of these things are what you want as a teenager who isn't ready to go 'all the way'. So, is getting sexual relief - without actual sex - a sin or not?
I'm sure subsidies are somewhat wrapped up in the $13Trillion in US national debt. Most of which was brought about by the Bush 2 administration who had direct ties to the oil industry.
But even if the do 'fix' that, who's going to sell it?
There aren't any carriers that will sell it, because it won't come with a contract so it won't make them any money.
50M+?
More like 5M+. They're making between 2 & 3 M a month now.
But they'll hit 17M easily by next year. And probably another 17M the year after.

Dammit. I was here for the anti-MS whine.
Cause I knew MS would be at fault just by the title :-)

I'm uploading at 100KB/sec through comcast right now.

Oh, and you actually have to enable it first.

Or go the Java route. Code once, suck everywhere.
Well, with Flash on an older machine, you can't post or comment!
They don't need Flash for Farmville. At all.

Try youtube in html5. The experience is much better - you can actually do more than JUST watch a video on an older machine.

Wouldn't EcoIslamoScubaFascists be at the bottom of the list?
Weather is a what? And how does that relate to the argument?
Maybe you need to stop drinking 2 hours before posting to slashdot? !~
Then they're wrong. Adultery is something very specific - sexual intercourse where at least one adult is married.
Again, what if neither party is married? It isn't adultery, which by definition requires at least one party to be married.
I'd agree with the sex outside of marriage, but not the sexual activity. It's just not defined, as sex or as a sin.
And if the lady in question isn't married???

Not sure how my comment is flamebait.
Bush 2 increased the national debt from ~$6T to ~$11T.

Second only to Reagan, and just ahead of his father in terms of percentage increase.
