My younger brothers are really into airsoft. They only problem was they removed the little orange tips on the guns to make them look real, and then went and played in a public park. When the police showed up with real guns and arrested them it wasn't so fun. Luckily they all got off with a stern warning and a small fine (all involved were minors at the time).
The real problem is the lack of competition. In my area I have 1 choice for broadband, charter cable. I can research all I want, but until another provider comes along I am stuck.
Most of the time the teller is the lowest paid employee, and there is usually a lot of turnover on the teller line. This is pretty much true for every bank/credit union.
That being said, it is not hard to load $20s in an ATM machine, a trained monkey could do it. If someone does rob the bank, it isn't like they are taking the money out of your account to give to Mr. Bad Guy with Gun.
From reading the article it apears that he actually was painting the police helicopter that was looking for the source. This does not sound like a case of "oops I waved my laser in the air."
I did just see a commercial on TV this morning advocating a constitutional amendment to allow Arnold (or any American not born here) to run for president. However I don't think this will happen anytime soon.
I am not an addict. I just need to have my pot of coffee in the morning to wake up, my 64oz of Soda at lunch to stay awake, and my diet Dr. Pepper in the afternoon to make it till 5.
$15 a month most certainly is trivial. You see, some of us are actually adults with real jobs and real incomes.
And some of us have families with mortgages, car payments, kids school tuition etc. After paying for medical insurance, contributing to my 401k, and taxes my net income is considerably less than comfortable.
Zombie victim Carty took matters into her own hands: She did research on how to clean up and protect her PC and diligently updates programs that scan her computer for various types of malicious code. Her PC now runs clean. "I had no clue at Christmas that I would become a security expert," she says.
It is quite sad that a person who just updates their computer and runs a virus scanner is now considered a "security expert."
The reason the 7800 flopped is because my parents would not buy it for me for Christmas. Instead my dad got the family an IBM XT. Thank God my dad didn't listen to me that Christmas.
It is a completely voluntary program on the banks part:
The law does not require banks to accept checks in electronic form nor does it require banks to use the new authority granted by the act to create substitute checks.
I wonder if a Christmas theme would be so bad? It worked for Lemmings. :)
The power savings alone will probably pay for the new drives in a year. Plus I can't imagine the noise that many old drives make when powered.

Niner Fans wish the season would end today. To bad there is still 16 weeks to play. Go ahead, rub it in for the one week you are in front.

To bad he didn't really say this.
I agree. PC games like Sopwith, Flightmare, 3Demon, Spacewar, etc.
I want my private key to be swordfish.
Here is an interesting article on cheating in MMORPGs.

I remember the nachi worm, which patched blaster, actually caused more problems.
I sure wish cars were exempt. I hate how the DMV gets sales tax everytime a vehicle is sold, even if it is 10 years old.
I actually found the vehicle scenes in HL2 to be the most fun.
I have no brand loyalty. If the same product is cheaper with the Dell name stamped on it, guess which one I will buy?
I did learn the hard way to not go cheap on my power supply. The $75 I saved in buying a crappy no-name part cost me a MB and cpu.

How about a cure for cancer? http://www.grid.org/projects/cancer/

I still can't figure out why IBM went backwards in the numbering.

IMHO the worst controller would be on the Intellivision II. I swear my thumbs still hurt from pressing those stupid side buttons.
