    And should Google be your internet police? Why should Google make sure YOUR content isn't being stolen. Sorry but that's YOUR jobs unless you PAY Google or anyone else to police your works. Nothing is free in this world that includes you hiring people to police your content. I don't steal or share stuff im not soposta i learned that from my parents at a very young age. Why do so many people today think its ok and fix it.

    To answer your question you need to contact a real lawyer. But common since would say if your taking that picture of the girls underwear while going up an escalator yes you broke the law.Unless she has full knowledge your taking the picture. And i guess you have to take a little more care taking pictures of escalators. Ive ridden hundreds of escalators and never once was able to see up a womens dress that's just me though.

    It may fall in the cracks as far as the law goes but i don't think the accused will do very well in a civil case. Murders have gone free only to have to cough up millions from being sued in civil court. I hope the women does bring a civil case too.

    We the tax payers will pay for the costs no matter what, through service fees,tax hikes ...whatever. We the taxpayers pay all costs for ALL government service. The Government pays nothing that's why we are so very far in dept. We have to live by a Budget, the Government doesn't, they play with our money. Its time for a clean sweep my friends. Hope everyones memory doesn't falter before the next elections.

    Sorry that is just 100% wrong. I had Skype its crap Skype is useless on a cell phone as it doesn't have its own network Netflix doesn't show any live sporting events it doesn't show local sporting events i not sure but Netflix doesn't show any sports unless its a movie. I would never drop cable for netflix ever being a sporting fan. In all my years as a home phone owner i have NEVER lost my Telephone connection. I lived in the woods lost power for 3 days once but my phone worked Skype is tied to the PC. Skype and Netflix might be good for some of the people but not all the people Cable is good for everyone but the price sucks

    Wasnt the publishing done by the photographer? He posted the image on his web site that's where CR got the image correct? Photographer may have given up his right just by attending the event. Both are buttheads IMB

    The photographer never bothered to ask the Runner for permission or pay a modeling fee. Where is the model release? how much was she paid Hes seeking out 100,000 and paid nothing to the model. Hes no pro photographer and that image was not art it was just a snapshot maybe worth 0.

    I don,t believe the photographer paid the cyclist or got her permission to be photographed and published. Hes also claiming its art lol its NOT art all he did was push the camera button the scene was not posed in anyway nothing was thought out.
