The default source control in VS Code is git. There's a reason this github is giving a 404 for that guy's account. He must've deleted it out of embarrassment.
"Resilient File System (ReFS),[4] codenamed "Protogon",[5] is a Microsoft proprietary file system introduced with Windows Server 2012 with the intent of becoming the "next generation" file system after NTFS."
"ReFS was designed to overcome issues that had become significant over the years since NTFS was conceived, which are related to how data storage requirements had changed. The key design advantages of ReFS include automatic integrity checking and data scrubbing, removal of the need for running chkdsk, protection against data degradation, built-in handling of hard disk drive failure and redundancy, integration of the RAID functionality, a switch to copy/allocate on write for data and metadata updates, handling of very long paths and filenames, and storage virtualization and pooling, including almost arbitrarily sized logical volumes (unrelated to the physical sizes of the used drives)."
The default for VS Code is git. (I see no indication that he used something else.)
He "@jens1o I hadn't commited any of them to any repository."
Seems pretty clear what discard changes would do. He would've royally fucked him self with git command line too.
Amazon's in-house shipping is terrible. They've already rolled this out to some cities. Horribly untrained people delivering packages. 5 of 6 AMZL_US shipped packages, of mine, were delayed in September alone. If they do this, I will cancel Amazon Prime.

It doesn't require a password if you're running on an account that would otherwise be an admin. If you need elevation on a standard account, you have to enter the username and password of an account that does have admin privileges.
Amazon allows you to ship to an address other than your home address. I usually have my packages delivered to my workplace. As a side benefit, UPS and FedEx typically deliver to commercial addresses first.
It is only suspended for aliens, and then only until after a military trial. After which, they can petition a civilian court via a Writ of Habeas Corpus. I do believe it is unconstitutional because I don't believe the public safety requires it, but Congress and the President seem to believe so.
If it is a criminal offense, you are guaranteed right to trial by jury. For civil offenses, if the amount exceeds $20 you have the right to request trial by jury.
The FCC requires that a deactivated phone be able to call 911.
"Even if a carrier chooses to decline to reactivate your handset if it is not location-capable, the FCC requires that it still be capable of making 911 calls (only)."

Well, I use WHCC. From their FAQ:
Q. Do you print with Ink Jets?
A. We use archival, wide-format inkjet printers for our Fine Art print program. Otherwise, every print we produce is on real photographic paper that goes through the RA4 chemical process.
From the MSDN FAQ (http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/aa 948864.aspx):
When a subscription expires, do the licenses terminate or are they still valid?
MSDN subscriptions have a perpetual license, so subscribers can still use the products received with their MSDN subscription after their subscription has expired. In short, you're wrong.
There isn't any charge for service packs. MSDN users get them the same way as everyone else, although we do get new slipstreamed discs if we're still subscribers.
Considering that hobbiests spend hundreds and thousands of dollars on hobbies such as photography and RC cars, I don't see why it would be any different if you're a hobbiest programmer. If they can't afford it, then they just hold off on purchasing anything or choose free alternatives.
It's a perpetual license. If you subscribe for 1 year at $699 (Operating Systems Subscription), you can continue to use any of the licenses you are issued within that 1 year period indefinitely. There would be no reason to renew your subscription unless a new operating system that wasn't included in your subscription was released.
SQL Server Developer Edition probably falls into this category, as well as SQL Server Express. Both of these might be expected to run on a workstation.
Where have you read that the 360 supports DHCP? It's easy to get the signal out to an HDMI cable, the trick is encrypting it inside the box before it ever goes out. If the HDMI cables out now are basically just component to HDMI connectors, then the 360 will still run into trouble if the ITC flag is ever enabled in media.
If they enable the flag and it does not support HDCP, then they'll be in the same boat as the people who buy the $499 priced PS3.
Could backfire:
A man whose car bore personalized license plates reading 'NO PLATE' received notices for thousands of unpaid parking tickets.

Windows Vista Enterprise edition, at least the MSDN distributed version, uses VA 2.0/MAK. It is limited to 15 activations.
I believe Management Studio Express allows you to display a query plan, which is also a free product.

That prediction was for how much the PS3 would cost Sony to produce. Not the street price the consumer would pay.
