    I think it's going to be a real challenge to explain to the audience why a rocket fired 300 feet below someone can hit them.

    Since when does Hollywood give a shit about accurate physics? Hell, Doom 3 has a better physics Engine than most Hollywood movies!

    With Linux installed, why is it using proprietary mp3 and not ogg?

    The player itself probably has only a dirt cheap mp3 decoder chip onboard. The ability to boot Linux (or some other OS) has nothing to do with the player's abilities. Every USB mass-storage device can boot an OS (but not every PC can boot from a USB device).

    These drivers aren't new, they are out almost a month now and they suck just as much as every ATi driver before... I don't want a HOWTO to install a friggin' driver, I want to type ./install, restart the Xserver and have great framerates.

    Who decides what's illegal and what's suspicious? Not to long ago, some jerk decided that being Jew is illegal. Now imagine what would have happened if he had the means our governments are installing today. Noone can guarantee that there will never again be someone in charge like Hitler or Stalin, so lets at least guarantee that they will not have a preinstalled surveillance network at their disposal...

    Looks, job, race, gender, etc should have nothing to do with the law and law enforcement. Laws and rights apply to everyone equally.

    Not in the real world...a while ago, I had a little longer hair than the average guy. I got controlled by the police almost on a weekly basis, searching me for drugs and stuff (of course, they never found anything ;) ). Since I've cut my hair, they let me alone...

    Traffic limit is at twice the size of the account. 2GB for the free one, 10 or 20 for the paid ones. So, no warez or pr0n sharing here...

    And since virtually every Windows User out there works with administrator rights, worms/spyware/whatever can simply deactivate the firewall with a simple API call.
