    I'd say that it means other countries have competetive advantages. And, the government in power has underlying fundamentals which favor those advantages.

    I think that the American economy is going through changes that must occur. To even have a chance at global equality, we have to interact with other nations as if they are neighboring states or provinces.

    Governments participating in equal opportunity abroad are most likely benefiting from the leverage, the lower wages are. That should mean reduced budgets. But the USA deficit has taken heavy additions.

    Then I get to thinking, people that kamakazi in a line up of police recruits, may be like whistle blowers in hostile transactions.

    So what about the connections in the PCI slots and such? Can't mineral oil get between the card and slot's contacts?

    Do you have to keep the cards perfectly still to keep a strong contact?

    Can you swap cards in the tank?

    Can you adjust a connection (USB) while the machine is on?

    I looked in the forums and nobody mentions this in english. Just stuff like "bloody brilliant"..

    It could also go the other way. Being a fixed price, the contractors have a secondary objective of building the vessel as efficiently as possible. If that happens they have the ability to be under-budget, which allows for good times all around with the supplemental cash for bonuses and strong R&D.

    Sort of funny, in the past few months I've hit some pretty amateurish built sites and there are a surprisingly fair amount of site that seem to just hand the browser files whether they webmaster intended that or not.

    The most classic files DWTs which are Macromedia Dreamweaver templates. Why would the site be asking me for the sites template?

    Whenever I load a PDF in firefox it hangs somewhere during the initilization of Acrobat. It also hangs equally as long if I leave the pdf, and having firefox 1.0x shut down the acrobat engine.

    But if I launch Acrobat as a separate program and just have it sitting empty in the taskbar, Firefox goes through PDFs just fine.

    A strange bug. A frustrating one. One I hope they catch.

    Qualcomm makes some good stuff. Nice codec work , lots of product integration. But they're not a top dog company by any means, which makes them a great candidate to use Linux. Why? Well in my mind, the underdog with the secret weapon can turn the show around can create a world of change.



    It's fluff talk hehe, but hey, Linux will get a shot on some nice portables besides showing up every blue moon on some PDA by Sharp.
