    How specific is the patent? Between Windows' Quick Start Bar, Google Desktop, Vista's desktop startbar, it seems like this has the possibility to stamp on a few related applications.

    How specific is this patent?
    Does it cover only docks at the bottom of the screen?
    How would you distinguish between the Quick Launch bar in Windows, Google Desktop, and a dock? They're similar mechanisms which allow similar behaviors. The difference is primarily in the presentation: OSX's dock doesn't span the screen and has animated icons.

    A computer on the network should not be able to crash the router. This is a problem with the manufacturing of the routers, not anything in particular with SP3. This problem could have arisen in any OS. The fact that it appeared with SP3 is irrelevant. I return you to your MS bashing.

    Exactly. MPAA seems to have based their case on different set of laws. Swedish court will rule according to swedish law (hopefully).

    One of the policemen involved with the investigation was on warners payroll, how that didnt turn into a bigger scandal than it has is upsetting to say the least.

    MPAA and their associates have put alot of effort into this case, let's hope tpb are equally prepared, should be an interesting showdown. List of assets owned by Time Warner

    The B-2 is what you're looking for. Longer operational range, bigger payload, better stealth, looks prettier and it's easier to fly.
    B-2 is for stealth bombing and midnight strikes, F-22 is for air fighting, B-52 is used for heavy hitting when the radar is down or irrelevant. There's no niche for the F-117 any more.

    Ah, I misunderstood and didn't take the time to RTFA (!new here)

    The registry itself is opt-in, the point of it is that you would "opt out" of letting retailers legally distribute your information. I'm not terribly excited about the benefits of this. It would probably be more effective to require an opt-in or opt-out from any company that exchanges data, but I'm no lawyer nor a politician.
